Absolutely delicious , and friendly all around - nations roof tech

We ordered a beef taco, pork taco, beans & rice, chips & salsa and carne asada enchilada and we were really dissatisfied. A very odd take on Mexican food. My son and I didn't eat the beef taco and the carnitas taco has a really odd sweet sauce on it.

Chips and salsa are so fresh! Enchiladas are a great dish. Ben was our server and he was great.

Food, drinks, & service so consistently amazing, that I'd consider moving out this way just to have this be our "usual" Mexican restaurant, could we afford the move. It's. That. Good. !!!We've been here maybe half a dozen times in as many years. Every time we're just blown away. The margaritas are refreshing & so flavorful (try the habanero margarita with cilantro - you're welcome ?). We tried the salsa flight this last time, no idea why we've never done that before but they were all SO FLAVORFUL, & we love their thick, salty chips. ?This last time I got a tofu taco, a masa fried shrimp taco, & a pescado taco (fried). The flavor combinations were incredible...!!! So unique, perfectly balanced, unlike anything I've ever had before, in the best possible way. [$6 each for such incredible tacos is ? worth it, IMHO. Totally competitive pricing. Regularly pay $5 per taco elsewhere & they're nowhere near as good, so $6 per taco here is perfectly reasonable.]Service has always been super friendly & fast. They're always up to giving recommendations & we're never disappointed!Really my only complaint is how tight the tables are. I know it's an old Friendly's but we really feel quite squished in the booths, even with our small children with us. Would be quite uncomfortable with two adult couples in one booth. This is nit-picky though, obviously it would be a huge undertaking & a massive expense to shut down & renovate, & really, the food is so gosh-darn good that I really don't care, it's not like it's gonna keep us from going back.Their chef was nominated for a James Beard award - I believe it! ?Cannot recommend highly enough! ?

I was here several years ago, and the food was extremely good but this time out of the three meals one was extremely overcooked and dry. Even the sauce on top had dried out. It should not have left the kitchen, and the manager himself brought the dried out dish to the table. The other two meals were just OK, not like it use to be. Long wait times on food was probably due to understaffing. They were nice enough to take the dried out meal off of the bill.

Everything about this restaurant deserves 5 stars. The service is great. The menu is creative and delicious. And the prices can't be beat. If you are vegetarian, you know how hard it is to find delicious creative vegetarian entrees. The mushroom birria tacos were to die for and are served with house made cashew cheese. The mushrooms were even locally sourced as were a lot of their ingredients. And not to forget the drinks, the El Magico margarita was delicious. Go early - they don't take reservations for parties of less than 5 people.

This restaurant was recommended by my Mexican friends to me, so I had to try their food and I'm very happy that I did!I always order chicken enchiladas with salsa Verde in Mexican restaurants to compare them.Their food is very delicious, the sauce was very authentic and even the black beans were different and delicious.Next time I'll get tacos because they look very authentic too! I bet their mole is very good too

The service was very slow, the food was hit or miss (pork belly tacos delicious, friend avocado tacos meh) but overall nothing special and the atmosphere was good but again, nothing special. I thought it was a bit expensive for the quality of experience overall, I wouldn’t necessarily go back or

I've had this place on a list of places to try out for a while. I was really looking forward to it but unfortunately I don't think I'd return. The chips tasted overcooked and like they were cooked with old oil. We got a couple of different taco's and they were all very bland in flavor. The corn tortillas used for the tacos were dry and old. One thing I was excited to get there were the chicharrones. They were not chicharrones, what the served was a basket of pork rinds.

These guys don't need a review. You will see from everybody else's reviews this place is ridiculously good. I would give credit to the chef and the wait staff including bartenders. I get the carnitas tacos rice and beans every time and it never lets me down. The people of New Hampshire chill and down to earth, it's a great juxtaposition to Massachusetts. There is one lovely female bartender here that I enjoy service from and a young bald guy who is also excellent. Oh yeah they have nice clean bathrooms too. 10/10.

Too pricey for what it is, the carnitas tacos were really plain taste, the service was so slow and they didn't even offer the table because they were busy on gossip, also the curros were horrible and the menu was so poor, not many options.....the only thing that would recommend is the tortillas that they make in there, are not the usual from a package, they are good.

This started off as a one star review, but was salvaged a bit by the manager, who was very nice and definitely understood the evening had gone south. My family of 5 (three teenagers) had 6:30 reservations and were seated promptly. It was a Thursday in February, and restaurant was busy. We were greeted after about 15 minutes, ordered apps: bottomless chips and salsa, guacamole, and soup. Chips were delicious but most definitely not bottomless. Soup came after an hour with no spoon. I sent it back, and waiter rolled his eyes at me and said he was "super busy." Drinks were small, mine was missing the fresh chiles, and we weren't asked if we wanted another until after our food came. The avocado and pescado tacos were delicious but served alone (never asked about accompaniments). Beef tacos were not seasoned and very underwhelming. My taco obsessed teen would not eat them. Carne Asada enchilada sauce was burnt. Verde enchiladas were meh. We would have spent a lot more money here (sides, drinks, dessert), so a missed opportunity. I worked in the restaurant industry for 20 years, so I understand being in the weeds, but you cannot treat parties this way or risk them never returning. The whole meal would have been different if someone was checking in and acknowledging the situation. At the end, the manager just happened to stop by to ask if we needed water, and we asked him to help retrieve our check. He chatted with us, maybe sensing something was off. He did exactly what was called for, acknowledged where they had gone wrong, and took some items off the bill. Very appreciated. This restaurant has a rom of potential, a lively environment, and cute decor, but final verdict is reconsider this place if you're hungry or having dinner with a family. It's a great concept and I hope they turn it around!
