Used to come here until today and seeing all the 1 star reviews with no accountability from the owners/management I’d be surprised if they don’t close down lol. I ordered 2 snack bacons and waited about 5-10 minutes at the window waiting even though I was the only car which is fine until both my orders of bacon were so black and burnt I couldn’t even eat a single piece. If you can’t handle working at fast food job like Dunkin I don’t know how you wipe yourself smh do better. That’s “2 orders” as well but would barely fill a child up.

I don't think the woman at the drive thru could have had more of an attitude if she had tried. Asked a question about the cold brew and her tone was basically "Leave me alone, then drop dead". It was such an awkward interaction, I told her to forget about it and left. Sorry that you apparently hate the world lady, but you don't need to take it out on everybody else.

If you’re going to charge $6 for a coffee & pay your staff well above the minimum wage for an entry level job designed for a school aged kid then they should be able to make it right. 2 donuts and they asked me 4 times what kind I said. Drugs in the work environment never create a well functioning business.

When I arrived there was a customer standing there waiting to order. There was no one at the counter! One lady came out from the back and started to walk out and we asked her if there was anyone working and she stated her shift was done and continued to leave. A gentleman came from out back and apologized that he was getting ice. He was upset that they (staff) left as he was trying to do his Job. We were too! This gentleman was trying to do everything by himself. When I asked why they left while he was out back. He explained that they were not allowed to working past there shift! If corporate is that cheap they are going to loose good workers like this gentleman. It was obvious why they have a Hard time keeping staff! Very dissapointed!

went inside to get a coffee and two staff members told me straight out they would not serve anyone in line at the counter until they serve all of the drive through. old food was in the counters trash all over the place and when i asked if they would take my order she did no and was rude .
