The Rochester IHOP was a very nice surprise for the most part. There were a couple of issues, the men's bathroom was not clean and in disrepair, and the music was too loud and not relaxing at all. However, the food was amazing, the coffee was decent, and our waitress, Shea, was perfect. Thanks to her and the quality of the food, we would definitely stop again!

Waited a hour or more waiting for our food! Sat in 15min ! Staff was overwhelmed by the people! Terrible way to business! Order was right but charged 12.99 for a classic when I ordered a steak burger for 9.99! Tenders were burnt had them remake them! Overcharged on everything! Avoid this terrible experience of dining with family! Never going back! Telling friends and family don't bother!??

By far the worst experience I've ever had in an IHOP. I waited 20 minutes for a delivery that was placed 45 minutes before I arrived. The staff was unfriendly I was told it would take 2 minutes. Once the staff came out I asked why it took them 15 minutes to make four pancakes The lady was rude disrespectful and by far probably one of the nastiest people I've ever met at an IHOP. I would love for a manager to reach out to me to speak to me about this experience because I will not recommend this IHOP to anyone.

Breakfast online pick up order, I arrived few minutes early. Order was about 15 minutes late. Customers waiting to be seated were told couple minutes to be seated, then when they were told it would be a 20 minute late say about 12-15 people decide to leave don't think any of us will return. Other choices in the area.

This place was filthy. Some lady was vacuuming around our table while we were eating. The server we had was rude. She was extremely slow in the whole experience and seemed to not be focused at all. She never checked back with us and someone else brought the food. Getting the check took forever and then when she very hesitating(ly) gave me her pen to sign the slip she told me I better not take her pen with me out the door. That was it for me. We won't return. Was not worth almost $70 for eggs and toast .

Server was wonderful.Food is always exellent.The wait time was just a little bit too long, but overall, we love IHOP. :)Kid-friendliness: They have an activity sheet for kids. My child kept busy doing them while we waited for our food.

Hot chocolate was one of the best hot drinks I have ever had.
The wait was horrible and the food took forever. We had to wait a long time before we were seated and once we were seated it took forever for the waitress to come over to take our drink order. When we got the food it was not good. This is the third time we have been there and Everytime we say we are not going back. This time we mean it. Never again it gets worse each time we go.
