Had a little 17 year old looking girl at the register. NOT PAYING ATTENTION to my order. To busy wanting a hug from a kid behind me to get what I wanted right. Tried calling numerous times . Phone either rings non stop goes right to sorry were busy call again soon. To ringing again non stop. To getting dial tones blasted I to my ear. There's enough workers plus managers there sorry but answer a God damn phone. Kids can't work the front someone do somthing.

Oh gosh where do I start well it seemed the past few weeks well maybe months they are going down hill. They are always running out of food or food is not made right or it's sloppy. I like KFC food and the workers are usually nice and sweet. I just don't understand what happened this used to be my favorite place to go as my food was always hot and perfect. It seems like no one cares about their job. You make the food as if you are going to eat it. If u won't eat it nor will your customers. That's why I rated you the way I did as it seems like you all are falling behind. Wake up please. Let's get back to how KFC used to be or get rid of the workers that are not doing their job please.

Terrible service overall. Lady at window was rude and asked us to come back later because our food was not ready yet. Inside was closed and was told that it would not be ready any time soon. The app said it was ready, and mind you it was chicken nuggets, fries, corn, and a drink. All items I would assume were pre made. Proceeded to pull to the side and have to grab it from the window. Was not given the drink, fries, or sauce that was ordered. Watched her yell at the next customer while waiting. I guess it is the service you would expect from a lady wearing a shirt that says “The vodka made me do it.”

Wow. The lack of management here.. disgusting. Employees texing, ignoring the front counter, talking trash about customers the entire time we were there and blaring annoying inappropriate music from the back.. not a single good thing this time around. Won't be returning.

These people never ever have any food in stock. Last time I went I ordered snack wraps. They said they didn’t have any Mac and cheese. Then I ordered fries. They didn’t have any. I ordered through the app and they didn’t have a single item I ordered. How are you even in business Still. Never have food especially new items that come out that you literally advertise on your sign.

Food USED to be good in 2022. The last three times I've went, I couldn't fathom finishing it. Food has a weird sharp taste to it. Oil smells and tastes like it hasn't been changed in a YEAR. Almost vomited this meal out. NEVER

Chicken was so delicious and yummy. Very nice stuff. There's this man there. I think his name was Joey. He's the best one there's this blonde girl too. I think her name is Jacqueline or Jocelyn she is very good as well. I dropped a penny as I was walking out and she chased me down the road in my car and gave it to me. Would definitely recommend

The chicken sucked and smashed in the bucket got to drive up and paid for it they handed me my food and told me that they were out of biscuits 52.00 dollars and the dinner was Inc. Ps very poor work ethic!!!!. I plan on getting my money back.

So I ended up getting a mess up order from KFC Rochester, End up getting a eight piece combo bucket. Instead they gave me tenders I Called multiple times just to get through to the night shift which the night shift manager answers the phone with music blaring in the background with swearing as I have my kids in the car as we are on Bluetooth. I expressed that I would like to get a number to corporate. They said they don't have that number I asked for the general managers name they wouldn't give me that the gentleman that I spoke to said he was the night shift manager Jose extremely rude. And not at all helpful I told him about my order had the receipt and he told me to call back tomorrow to speak to the daytime manager. This is beyond unacceptable and beyond unprofessional as a customer, paying customer I deserve to have the right to know who the general manager is of a public restaurant, which should be public information if there is an complaint, Jose was beyond the worst experience I've ever had Any fast food Chain that I've ever been to, and because of that, I Will never give my business to this restaurant again, and I will be contacting corporate to let them know that this is the company that they're Franchise is not living up to the standard, that they should be and obligated to be absolutely disgraceful

Ordered a classic chicken wrap but instead of telling me they're all out of it they gave me a kids small classic chicken sandwich instead. Not cool! I would have been more understanding if they told me they are all out of what I wanted and I could've gotten something else. Not Happy!!!
