I had an issue with food from takeout.. I called restaurant and talked to HAELI… SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL, KIND, UNDERSTANDING and EFFICIENT!! She took care of my issue promptly.. I definitely will be returning!!!

The 9s isn’t even close to what it was! $25 for smothered tips. Only about 1/3 pound of meat(6 pieces) with a lot of onions and some peppers. I actually left there still hungry which has never happened before…SAD so sad!!!

99 has really went downhill. Very disappointing. I only go for the sweet potato haddock when they have it in the fall now. Mediocre food, ok service. My Dad was disappointed with the fish & chips.

Food was good, service was good. Drink was terrible. Ordered pitcher of margaritas. Why would they fill your glasses with ice? Ice is already in pitcher. Drink tasted like a weak lime juice drink, before ice had a chance to melt. I'm sure the bar tender needs a math lesson on mixing a pitcher. Didn't put enough juice or liquor. Very watered down. Not sure I will return

I hadn't been to the 99 in a long time and I was being treated to lunch,with a good friend. I use a wheelchair and our seating was perfect. I was delighted to find popcorn on the table. We enjoyed it along with a very delicious meal followed up by a unique and delicious desert. (Braised beef over mashed potatoes and mushrooms, covered with onion Rings...Chocolate Chip Cookie Grill.)We definitely will be back. Thank you 99.

Burger reminded me of a burger McDonald's served back in the 80s...... thought maybe I could get a descent burger here.... that's a hard no.....thin, overcooked and covered with enough dressing that it could have been a soup.....15 bucks for a nasty burger ?....I'm All done with the 9s....they gave up on
