Love coming here and absolutely love having Alli as our waitress. She is always smiling, laughing with us and very on top of our table. Whether that is refilling drinks, more bread and oil, etc. Shes amazing and makes it so we keep coming!

We had a confirmed reservation. When we arrived they told us they never received it due to their system being down but that they could prep a table and have us seated in 15-20 minutes. We waited and waited checking periodically to see if our table was fresh and were assured it would not be much longer. After waiting over an hour someone finally emerged holding a stack of menu. We looked at her hopefully and she said “no, definitely not you.” At that point we decided to seek other alternatives. Not easy for a large party on a Saturday night. An extremely frustrating experience made more frustrating by the casual indifference of the staff.

This restaurant should be removed from OpenTable. Our reservation was basically ignored as there was no staff to serve customers. The place was nearly empty and had a bad smell. Recommend they get a new manager or shut down.

Server was good. But kitchen was crazy slow. Waited nearly 30+min for a pasta...they took care of other tickets ahead of our two top...so we literally just packed it togo

We were seated fairly soon after we arrived and around our reservation time, even though there was a line. Our server was amazing! Jovial, quick, and everything served with a smile. We remarked how there were only a few servers, but she still did everything with a smile. The food came out quickly and according to how we ordered. Great experience at Bertucci's!!!

We dine at Bertucci before at a different locations. We just moved to this area so we tried out this location - in the mall. We were disappointed, the pizza was burnt , scarcely any topping so it mostly burning crust. The cornet boots where we sat had a weird smell of wet carpet. Maybe we were just unlucky for that night, but I am not sure if I want to return.

Went in tonight and was very pleased with the food and service. We had Nick as our waiter and he was on top of everything: rolls, drinks, food, everything was hot, quickly brought to our table, and delicious! The GM on tonight, Matt, even came and asked us how everything was, which I thought was nice. Any store would be lucky to have these two working there! Because of them, this experience was five-star.

Courtney (I think her name was Courtney and I really hope so because she deserves the credit) was AMAZING. All the staff were cheery but she actually talked like a real person who was interested in what we were doing and HOOKED US UP tonight - every step of the way. She gave suggestions that we’d actually like and helped out my weird family with deciding specifics and requests. Food was awesome and came out super fast. Couldn’t finish even half a serving and boxes plus a bag for excess rolls came out in half a second. Amazing waitress. Amazing food. Perfect for everyone.

Was sooo hot, we needed to suck up all the free air conditioning that we could..HUGE shout out to our AMAZING server Kathy!! We traveled from OOB at the height of traffic,with my husband tailgating all the way????..so beverages were needed ASAP!!??The Bud Light was served in icy cold, frosty mugs of deliciousness.Buptcha ordered a sm Pinot,(who does that)lol!! which she loved!! Kathy was lightning quick with those soft, fresh rolls and delicious dipping oil. I was like a rabid dog, snapping at anyone who dared touch them!! Kathy noticed and quickly brought more❤We ordered small Margarita pizza as an app..hit the spot..My mom had Italian salad w chicken..good presentation and loaded w lettuce, and just about right amount of chicken for her!!Ty again to Kathy for great service and terrific attitude!! She made us, and especially Buptcha feel like family!!
We enjoyed the complimentary bread rolls. Ordered the Bertucci sampler and shrimp Alfredo. Very filling, good atmosphere and tentative service. A must try.

Would of never imagined nor expected to be treated & discriminated taking my children and sister for a lunch. The man (Steve) at the desk who at first didn't even want to address his title or name (until police were called) refused to seat us and was so rude, claiming because my family we couldn't eat here. As for who "my family" even was he continued to refuse to provide an explanation for his reason. The officer that was called couldn't believe the approach the man took on 3 woman and several children. Needless to say my kids and I walked away as if we were criminals just going for a pizza.

Unbelievable in this day and age an establishment is allowed to discriminate against a whole "family" as they called us. My daughters were refused entry to this restaurant because as they said to them they have had to many problems with our family " not sure who they were talking about" we have never had any issues is this restaurant or any other. Wonder if they would get away with this is we were any other race? But because we are Gypsys it's ok ??

The manager i walked in the restaurant he told me and my sister you guys are just walking through right I said no then he told us well I can't serve u I was with my cousins and there kids and he kept telling us I can serve you I had too many problems with your family and we have never done nothing there I go there all the time with my son never once have I had a problem there then he kept on saying I had to many problems with your family ok that's my ... family not me or anyone who I was with he couldn't give us a direct answer why he wouldn't let us eat there then he called over The security guy and still wouldn't give us a reason why then he all a sudden said your family robbed my facility but wouldn't say who then the security guy came over must've been his friend because they was smiling at eachother and the security guy wouldn't even tell us the reason either just said because your family but still wouldn't tell us names he never even said it was any of us then still not saying why then they called the cops and the cops came and he was talking to the guy then he came over to us and said if they are refusing your service there's nothing we can do about it I felt really racially discriminated I can't believe they still do this stuff in 2022 never once me or anybody who I was with have had problems at this restaurant this is a disgrace I will never eat in this restaurant again they are rude and ignorant they would be the type to spit in your food and laugh behind the counter
