DO NOT COME HERE worst coffee I’ve ever had! Ordered a cinnamon bun warmed up it was HARD and DRY. It definitely was sitting there for DAYS. I’ve had better coffee at Holiday inns. You’re better off walking down the street to the Tuscan market and getting a coffee from there. The woman there was also rude. She asked how was it in a low angry tone and I was honest and said it bad like salt water and coffee. She just said oh maybe next time it’ll be better…. MAAM IM NOT COMING BACKAKchompsParking: Had to park a bit of a walk away hoping it was worth the walk… nope

Cafe is a great concept but just poor execution. I live for my lavazza coffee but for some reason it's watered down here. The employees are less than enthusiastic when you ask questions and argued with me when I told them my coffee was the wrong size. The cups by the checkout are apparently not representative of the actual sizes they serve? I ordered and paid for a large that definitely came out in a small cup. I put my order up to the size examples at the checkout and I got no response from them. I was beyond excited to ditch starbucks but looks like they will continue to get my business.

You know, I'm not really sure how I feel about Caffe Artisan. I want to love it. I live across from the shop at the Tuscan Hanover - so this was my daily coffee stop. The Lavazza espresso is top notch. The staff - some are mostly nice but lack personality for a daily visitor. The mocha sauce is made daily in house and is very inconsistent. Some days the mocha is awesome - providing a rich dark chocolate flavor. Other days it's like sweet runny syrup that is unrecognizable from other days. I asked one employee what the issue was with the mocha, and they stated that the person who makes it daily is very inconsistent, and that I should ask how the mocha is before ordering it for that very reason. Ok - great - I can do that! The next time I went in, I asked another employee how the mocha was that day and was given a dirty look - she had no clue what I was talking about when I mentioned that it's usually inconsistent. At any rate - they happily made the drink and offered to remake it if I didn't like it.

Hot beverages have no flavor. Hot chocolate tasted like watered down Swiss Miss.

After shopping, I stopped by Caffe Artisan to unwind, located adjacent to the lobby of the Artisan Hotel at Tuscan Village. They offer Lavazza Coffee, espresso drinks, macchiatos, lattes, teas, hot chocolate, iced drinks, nitro cold brew, chilled grab & go items (salads, fruit cups, parfaits, bowls, bottled drinks), bakery goods, breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches. The seating area inside this cafe is very cozy, but there is more seating in the hotel lobby. I placed my order online on the Toast app to skip the line. My order was all set 10 minutes later at the pickup counter. I got a Large Cortado ($4 plus tax) and a Tuscan Egg Sandwich ($9 plus tax) and enjoyed it in the lobby since I could catch some football from the TV at the Tuscan Kitchen bar. The foamy cortado filled half the cup, but the espresso shots in the drink were pretty strong. The Tuscan Egg Sandwich was a good size and loaded with avocado, plenty of deli ham slices, arugula, cheese, and a round egg, plus cream cheese spread (by request) on a soft and chewy toasted biali roll. This breakfast sandwich was very filling and had salty flavors from the ham. I would stop by again for a caffeinated refreshment and a light snack next time I'm shopping or having dinner nearby.

If you’re into coffee—don’t go here! They make lattes from pods. The huge machine for coffee doesn’t even pull espresso shots. And the final drink tasted like water. Save
