I love this place. As someone who follows a keto way of life, I really appreciate the keto selection, although small, at this bakery. At first I thought xylitol may give me issues but I was surprised there was no distress.Please remember when shopping here that sugar free does not mean low carb. Only keto can really be that. Sugar free is in everything but they use flour blend for the non-keto items. If you have questions about sugar free and keto stuff, let me know.

Be wary of nutritional info. Was a regular customer many years back when they advertised their products as much lower calorie. Unexpected weight fluctuations based on theoretical overall intake until I removed their products from my diet prompted me to check in on their site once in a while— lo and behold it was suddenly triple the prior reported amount. Sent in a message to them at one point asking what the story was with that, but no response. Would not trust whatever their current calculations are either in light of that.

Delicious pastries and cakes. Service was great very friendly I have to eat sugar free sweets all the time and the cakes with the frosting hits the spot. I am so glad you are still around I have not been for a while but I have been going since 2004!!!!!

New to daibetes and let's be real... missing all the goodies of a bakery. This place was great!!! Not all low carb but sugar free! Owner came out super happy handing me a free baked good. The cashier Stephanie was so patient with me I bought many things to stock my freezer with as it's a far drive, but I cannot wait to go back! I don't understand the negative reviews with this place it was a great experience for me. My only "complaint" is it's very dated in there. But I'd rather have delicious pastries with the right ingredients than have a more modern look to the store itself you could tell the owner has a passion for what he does. 5 stars all day long

It is actually difficult to find the words to describe this wonderful bakery! The pastries are as magical to look at as they are when bite into them. I can not give a higher recommendation. I do not have diabetes or any issues with eating sugar. Though I prefer to enjoy these decadent treats.

Very limited selections and when i try to buy a cake they said they dont have a cover for the cake. They dont have a box for the cake either. They asked me how far do i live insinuating that i should just carry it home on a cardboard platter. I already paid for this cake and i was asked if a shipping box was okay. I know it wasnt the workers fault as she tried calling her boss asking for further instructions but its kind of crazy how a bakery doesnt have covers or even boxes for the cakes.

My family and I have been making the trip to Chatila's for a few years now and love it. Years ago I only found the appeal in it because I got some yummy baked goods. My view on the business now has shifted. I am strictly Gluten Free and I am now Sugar Free by choice. My dad also keeps the Keto Diet. We both love everything we have ever had there. We live about an hour away, but it is worth it. Staff is efficient and helpful.
Always a treat here , nice staff and clean place . Always a bargain to be had off the rack also .

We are visiting New Hampshire and this is the bakery that came up when I searched for sugar free desserts, and boy am I glad we found this little place. Highly recommend. We haven’t tried everything we bought, yet, but what we have tried is well worth it. And it doesn’t have that erythritol taste a lot of sugar free, homemade desserts have that I’ve bought in the past. Not too sweet, it’s just perfect.Dietary restrictions: Keto, gluten free and sugar free. We got sugar free.

The reason many think the food is so good is because its NOT sugar free or low calorie. Their labels have been ridiculously inaccurate for years. For years they said the donuts only had 90 calories. Come to find out they 270. All the other labels were inaccurate as well.

I've been there a few times. My sisters go quite often. Everything in there is really good. The chocolate torte is incredible. I particularly like the large cookies half covered in chocolate. Highly recommend this place!!!!

Bought a vanilla cake for my dad’s birthday. Was so excited for it. The cake was hard and dry like it was stale. The frosting was salty. Won’t be buying another one. Such a disappointment!
