“Very busy location. That's fine because coffee will be fresh, great service. I purchase my whole bean coffee beans here, nothing like a fresh ground cup of coffee of start my day but when I'm on the road I stop here first for breakfast, friendly and prompt service.“
“They are quite fast and the drinks and food taste good. This location is nicely off the interstate if you need a quick pick me up. There is plenty of parking in the plaza. The inside is quite small, so this is not a place to relax and read. It's not a welcoming place, and could benefit from a more mature staff, but it gets the job done. No problems here on four trips around Christmas“
“I came in today 1/21 at about 2pm. I was on the hunt for a plain bagel for my dad, a little background is needed here. In December my father was diagnosed with lung cancer, about 2 weeks ago my father was admitted to the hospital for 4 days after they discovered the cancer had moved into his bones. Needless to say on the occasions he says he is hungry and knows what he wants we try our best to get it.Unfortunately they where out of plain bagels, normally I would have gladly taken another kind and move on. But it was for my father and needed to ask for my money back. The young man behind the counter informed me he wasn't able to do refunds from the register and alluded to a manager not being available.. he reached into the tip jar and gave 2 dollars to make up for mixup. This young man had long hair pulled into a low pony tail, a grey sweatshirt and a hat. I'm hoping sharing this man's ability to preform customer service is noticed and rewarded by the store, and if he isn't I will.be able to ensure he is given the accolades he deserves.I also hope moving forward this store can make efforts to staff properly and always have a manager available to ensure employees are not placed in an awkward situation like today“
“This Dunkin was not bad. I ordered walk-in. They messed up 1 coffee because they gave me iced instead of hot. However, a worker directly came up to me after they saw me waiting. I probably got lucky compared to the other reviews. Other than that, everything was fine! I recommend ordering mobile and just walking in.“
“I’d have to say for one thing that the donuts are always soft when I get them here. I also appreciate the friendliness of the staff who work here. I rarely have issues with my orders here but they do seem to be out of cold brew too often. I would feel better if the employees wore gloves but that’s the only fault I see on their behalf.“
“Lowe’s donuts is the first place I have ever been able to have fresh treats from. As someone who has many food allergies (dairy, egg, peanut, tree nut, sesame), finding a bakery who not only makes everything from scratch but everything without using the nine big allergens as well with every treat is so amazing. And not only are they allergy free they are DELICIOUS. Great place, great cause, great treats, supporting local business! Totally recommend for anyone with allergies or who has a liking for local treats!“
“Been going here for probably 50 years (wow do I feel old saying that). Their doughnuts are great with lots of filling. Can’t have them too often, gotta keep that blood sugar under control. Had a sausage egg and cheese which was very good. Not a coffee drinker, but I am told they have good coffee.Parking: Large strip mall parking lot, you should find a space without too much issue.“
“Awesome location, still excellent service for breakfast sandwiches and coffee. I frequently visit the shop on 110 on my way to work but I heard about the cheap gas prices so when I pulled in I noticed the heavnly Donuts to my surprise. This is not your ordinary gas station donut shop very nicely done and large selection of donuts and pastries. The staff was super friendly and all wearing masks. Keep up the great work guys and thanks for coming to this part of town.“
“Dan was absolutely a delight. Made the perfect witches brew and breakfast sandwich! This will be a repeat performance for us going forward.Want a change from average coffee, stale breakfast sandwiches, and rude waitstaff? Go to Aroma Joe's on 97... ask for Dan. You are welcome!“
