This was the worst experience in fast food. Not just in the quality but the service from the management. On Thursday night the manager on duty was disrespectful and rude and refused correct the problem of my food being partially over cooked to the point of burnt. The other employees agreed it should thrown away and to issue a new order. But due to pure laziness this stocky heavy set Spanish female who refused to give her name approached me with attitude asking what was the problem after putting her hands in the food and proceeding to tell me only 1 thing would be replaced.! REALLY…Who does that? I love Long John’s and have spent a lot of money there. Usually I’m treating with respect and I must say the other employees were kind but this woman was awful and should not deal with the public. Someone said her name was (Sanchez) will be contacting Corp .

I put my order in through drive- thru had to park and wait for them to make it, mind you, my order included fries but only had seven fries lol. I thought about asking for the rest of my fries after making me wait but it was raining alot and i was 25 minutes from home hungry and tired, so i didn't bother. Next time you make people wait for their food make sure you give them what they pay for and not a half empty box.

Taco Bell was alright. Not so much with Long John Silver's... They didn't have any drinks (pop machine broken) nor any sauces. Napkins were out too. No forks either. The fish was wet and dry (from Long John Silver's). The kiosk was only for Taco Bell, which could be a problem since this place is empty and understaffed. Long wait times as well.Vegetarian options: You can ask the staff to replace meat in most items with black beans, or select it in the kiosk.

There was only one employee taking orders, and she was taking care of the drive-thru. When she decided to wait on me, I ordered the L2 (2 chicken meal) and add a piece of fish and said that I would like fries as my side. I paid, thought that it was a bit much $18, but I sat down to wait since she said that it would be 10 minutes. As I was waiting, I reviewed my receipt and noticed a separate change for fries. I took my receipt up to the counter to inquire. She thought that I wanted an additional order of fries and went to get the manager for a refund, but by that time my food arrived. I told them not to worry about it. The food was fresh and tastes like what I expect from LJS.

The employees of this taco Bell are rude and very slow. I asked them approx how long until order was ready they said could not tell you just wait. Manager should be retrained.

Had to use the kiosk to order and that is only for the Taco Bell portion of the menu. I really wanted to have Long John Silvers but there was nobody to take my order. DisappointedParking: Plenty of spots to choose from

Do not order Long John Silver's at this location. Service was very poor, gave fried chicken instead of fish even after we corrected them on it. Pretty much payed for two boxes of fries.

I'm afraid to even eat the chicken and fish that I paid $35 for, because I just got home and found that there were black things cooked into the batter all over. I thought it was just burnt batter bits at first, because it smells burnt. But then I touched one of the black pieces, and it's SQUISHY. What in the actual is this? I hadn't been to a Long John Silver's in eight years and drove up here finally, just to experience this. Don't think I'll be craving it, ever again.

Well, I can't say this is the best place. You can't mix Mexican fast food with an American Fish and Chips place, and staff it with 4 people on a Sunday afternoon (one cleaning and doing busy work). While I was there today, one drive-thru customer came after picking up their order and MISSING two items. Meanwhile, I walked in and stood at the counter to place an order. The girl at the window basically ordered me to use a kiosk. Meanwhile, she was texting on the phone. I waited about 10 minutes (I timed it) for one order. I understand they are shorthanded. I know times are tough. But they're not that bad when Kelly's can staff 15 people, McDonald's can staff 6 or 7, and Market Basket can have 14 registers staffed at all three stores.I'm sorry to say that if this keeps up, they'll close by the end of the year.If the owner reads this... please do something. I'd hate to see it closed.
