indian guy couldn’t take my order for the life of him. i asked for blackened tenders and he gave me regular. the machine was out of almost every drink. they didn’t give me my sauce. popeyes and that indian guy can suck my big white balls.

The place was empty on a Saturday night and service was slow. They ran out of biscuits and didn't offer to make any more. The chicken was dry and not fresh.

My kids have seen the commercial for the new wings for weeks now. I finally succumbed to the pressure and brought them…. Staff couldn’t have been nicer… food was fast food chicken with bottled sauce… it was good for the kids…
The staff is always super nice, but at least for counter service, the service is always extremely slow. Not sure about the drive-through because I’ve never been in the drive-through but to order at the actual counter, be prepared to be there for a while! Other than that the staff is super nice I just wish the speed of service was better.
