Is the second time me and my friend go over to the place because we like the food and both times we go, we get treated terrible. They took the orders of some customers that came in last while we waited 30 minutes for someone to take our order. All the employees would pass by us and not say a word, neither they asked us if our order was taken. First time we went they lasted a while to bring us the food as well. Never coming back again to this place. They were also being racist toward us Hispanic and pay better attention to the white peoples just because they are white.

If not for the red headed waitress this would have been a 0. Onion rings cost extra were not told. No basket of fries but about 5 to the plate. Burgers were not hot enough and one was too pink. No offer of more fries I guess the 1.99 for onion rings was a one time thing. The bill was $55 oh yeah we got "burnt ends" on fries that were tiny crumbles nothing like the picture. I used to love them but we won't go back. Advice: get the "endless fries" and have them brought in baskets. Skip the onion rings that were all breading no onion. If not for the waitress I would have challenged the check. She saved you guys appreciate her.

Refused to serve me when I am clearly over 21, i am 31 and am a regular, told me to go to ya mas in the mall because they will serve me, and she was right they did! My meal at Ya Mas was phenomenal! Highly recommend Ya Mas if you want great food and drinks! No wonder it was packed there. As a Marine Corps Veteran, very dissatisfied with the rude service received at red robin. Honestly had assumed you would want the business with how dead it was in the restaurant. I guess I am mistaken. I will not be returning ever again

Was looking forward to getting a gourmet burger and a beer.... we went in about 1:30pm definitely well after the lunch rush and the place was almost empty, maybe 6-8 people total. So we would get a quick bite and head out, WRONG we waited what seemed like forever to get a beer but she finally came with it, we ordered our food 1 salad and 1 burger/fries, again it seemed like a very long wait considering there was hardly anyone there. Food comes and salad looks good but first look at the burger and its a frozen gourmet burger patty , tasted like a whopper (not impressed) and the steak fries were literally room temperature. My opinion is the wait staff were standing around shooting the breeze while the food waits under the heat lamp that wasn't even on. Additionally the place was kinda dirty i didn't even use my glass due to the stuff on it.. we probably won't be visiting a Red Robin again.

Went here today and was super excited. Hardly any Red Robin's around here. Went in and the place didn't have anyone in there. However, the place was trashed. The waitress came over took our drink order and brought them back 10 minutes later. After that, never saw her again. Ordered cheese sticks off the Kiosk and received them pretty quick. They were okay. Waited for 35 minutes for the waitress to take our order and never saw her. So we paid at the Kiosk and left. Probably the worst and dirtiest

I have been here with friends and family many times, and this is one of my favorite restaurants to go to. The food is always stellar and I can always eat multiple servings of their amazing garlic fries. All of their burger options are amazing and you can’t get much better for this price. If you’ve never been here, go and you won’t regret it.Dietary restrictions: Lots of their menu can be prepared gluten free, which I greatly appreciate.
