The Fichi pizza was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be ordering again. We love Tuscan market, great place to casually dine and there's the opportunity to shop on the way out!

We waited a while before we could be seated. Everyone else that checked in after us got seated before us. The waitress was complacent and didn't even bring us any water to start. The food was cold when they came out. My frittata was horrible and tasted like nothing, there was not even salt and pepper on it. The grilled chicken on the Caesar salad was so dry. The only dish that saved us was the ravioli. The pizza was just ok. I would not eat here again.

We went with another couple. Food and drinks were excellent. Our server was great! The room was a bit dark but we adjusted. The live music was enjoyable. Only complaint was that the room we sat in was an enclosed patio. When the wind blew it was chilly. They did have ceiling heaters that were nice and helpful. We'll be back for sure!

We've been regularly disappointed here the last few times we've gone. There's no kids menu, though they are in the heart of a bedroom community. The size of the portions are shrinking - my husband and I shared a pizza and we noted that it is a 1/3 smaller than it was last time we were there. The wait staff is mediocre and poorly trained. They don't come back for drink refills, which frankly costs the restaurant money and the server tips on the total. This time, the server asked me if I wanted a refill on my wine, which I didn't but didn't ask my father or husband. They did want refills of their beer and wine - so that leaves disgruntled customers and less revenue for the restaurant. Also, when we did ask for our server's attention, he acted overwhelmed, which he may have been with too many tables, but probably a good idea to keep that angry face to himself. The patio has awful acoustics and it's really difficult to hear if you have more than a 4 top table. Something is always wrong with one of the dishes and again (missing whip cream for pancakes, hard boiled eggs benedict, etc., etc. Then, can't find the wait staff to help. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately, dinner was average. The pizza we got had absolutely no flavor. We were wondering if we had Covid because it had no flavor. The chicken piccata, very good. The arancini was good too. we got desserts from the counter and the guy handed us a wrong item. we ended up getting a lemon type of cake or something and we didn't like that. we asked for the lava cake to be heated up but it still came cold. it was also abnormally bright in there, which was kind of weird. I don't think I would pay $75 not including the tip to have that average of a meal again.

I have eaten at the Tuscan chophouse and so I had some high expectations. Unfortunately it was not met. The seating in the covered area was freezing and really should not have been sat at all. Far too cold for a restaurant in New England. The drinks were fantastic but that was the only thing enjoyed. We ordered the bruschetta and the meatball both bland. I had the chicken parmesan, my plate was flooded with sauce paired with fresh pasta that was overcooked and complete mush. Also so bland I may as well have been eating a can of tomato sauce. My husband had the meat plate and everything was overcooked and dry. So sad that this location does not hold up to its sister in the slightest

Seated in the covered heated outdoor section was not pleasant. Cold air coming in through gaps in the tent flaps. Outdoor heaters work fine until the overhead fans are turned on. Strong enough breeze from the fans to blow the candle out on our table and move the menus. Service is slow. Some of the waitstaff aren't the most friendly in the world. Food is mostly pasta even on the entree items like piccata and parmesan. Pricey for what you get. Meatball appetizer was the best part. Might be good for appetizers but I wouldn't go back for dinner.

This was our first time and we were both very disappointed. The service was horrible. Drinks & bread forgotten after asking multiletimes. Dome our appterizer before being told there was no hibiscus tea. My husband was never asked if he would like another drink and the Mai Tai was amazing so yes he would have loved one.

Met an good friend for lunch. We made reservations and were seated right at 1:00. The hostess was friendly and informative. Our waitress was adorable and very happy and professional. Great overall service and food. We will definitely be back.

Visited on a busy holiday weekend. Recommend a reservation. Food was excellent (butternut squash raviolis, hummus plate, cheese pizza) I expected the meatballs appetizer to be better but still good, great sauce. Service was good but apps came before the beverages. The market was extremely busy and a bit disorganized. It didn't seem to affect the restaurant side. Overall very pleasing and delicious house made Italian food!

disappointing. Bread and bruschetta were delicious. So we're drinks. Took an hour for food to come out my meal was cold and my friends was hot. Mostly disappointed in the service. Our waitress was Heather. I know it was a Saturday night and they were busy but she was rude. We waited 30 minutes for bread so we just asked for some again and she was very snarky and said “well I haven't even made it to the kitchen yet”. Again I know they were busy but there's a right and wrong way to talk to customers.

Decent owner to get drinks. A little overpriced for what you get and the drinks could taste a bit better.

Food as always was delicious. Main issue was the amount of time it took to get my food. Easily 30 plus minutes for pancakes and a breakfast bowl. My daughters was brought out and I was told mine was coming 30 seconds behind, however, mine did not arrive until she was done, and others around me who were seated well after we were had received theirs.

The place was packed for a Tuesday night. Server was stressed but at least apologized that we got stuck with one of the most awkward tables at the place. Service was incredibly slow. Took over 30 minutes to get our drinks and over a 80 minutes to get our food. Food was cold when we got it and didn't even taste good. I'd compare my spaghetti and meatballs to a can of Chef Boyardee flavor wise but maybe even worse since the meatballs I got were burnt. My wife's bolognese sauce tasted good and was hot but the pasta was barely room temperature and chewy. Would not go back.
