This location has repeatedly messed up drive through orders to the point of not receiving items i paid for and purposely not giving receipts. On 1/27/24 they didnt offer to give me my missing items which including the enchilada burrito that came with our box combo. Upon returning to the location they insisted i return all the food i left with my family. Even tho they recognized me no less than 30 minutes earlier. I will never order from here again. Make sure to pull into the parking lot and open all ur items cuz they cant be bothered to read their orders or do their job

Food was tasty but was falling apart. Ended up eating out of the bag with a fork. Soda at every taco bell sucks everytime. Doesn't matter what flavor. Hoped it would change but hasn't.

I had to wait about 25 minutes for my food.i was starving . I think something wrong with their fryers. I remember this was a problem before a couple of years ago. I like seafood .I can get food faster in a regular seafood restaurant.

The GM of this place needs to be fired. Always wrong food. Always dealt with with a terrible attitude. Never corrects all the items made wrong. I have allergies and I keep paying for food I can't eat. SOMEONE ELSE PLEASE OPEN ANOTHER TACO BELL IN THE AREA!

Wanted to try the Taco Bell California Breakfast Crunch wrap for the first time and got completely ripped off. This was the only item I ordered mind you. I asked to substitute the bacon with steak and to add the jalapeño cream sauce, pretty straight forward. I went through the drive through and was asked to pull up and wait for my item at the door. I waited about 5 minutes, fine. When I got home my first thought was “wow this is smaller than my fist..”, then I took my first bite and realized they did not make my order correctly. There was no guacamole, cheese, tomato’s, nothing. They also didn’t put on the jalapeño sauce that I paid extra for. I was too frustrated to call or go back for that matter. I understand people make mistakes but this is ridiculous. I was the only customer and I ordered one thing. Do better Taco Bell, Salem NH.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! The entire staff is soo unprofessional and rude. They don’t care if they got your order wrong, If you have to wait extremely long for your order, or if you’ve placed an order and “they didn’t receive it”. The placing an online order or door dash and them saying they’ve never received it happens waaay more often then it should! At the drive thru they tell you no card only cash, probably so they can skim the drawers. The managers and workers are all friends so the managers don’t do anything when an issue happens. I’ve placed orders and have had items missing and reached out to corporate who in turn gave me a $5 coupon to use on my next experience…well tonight I went to go order cinnamon delights with that coupon and paid the remainder on the app. The app said they received my order but when I got to speaker they told me they didn’t get it, had the manager get on who barely spoke English and was extremely rude tell me she wasn’t making it even though I told her I would show my phone that the order had been paid for and was received. She told me to cancel the order but the app wouldn’t let me, and even if it did I was now going to lose the $5 off code because it was going to say already used. She basically said I don’t know what to tell you. Told them I was contacting corporate and she gave me a nasty attitude. They never provide salsa with any orders and the “dining room” isn’t stocked with salsa or cups or cup lids and when you ask for any they ignore you or are rude. They all go out front and smoke and don’t wash their hands afterwards. If you don’t like your job, quit! Whoever owns this store really needs to come in here and either retrain the entire staff and get rid of their rude attitudes or fire them all. They’re all wicked ignorant!
