“If Hart's is not your thing when visiting Meredith, try this fantastic alternative. Surfside is a great low key spot for burgers, seafood, tacos and a wide menu that doesn't suffer from the variety. The service on the outdoor patio is a great outdoor location for a nice day and staff is always friendly. Portion and price friendly with a good amount of quality food, you'd do yourself a favor trying this place out.”

“Walking into this cozy family run establishment I was greeted warmly by a young man, and after browsing some menu options I ordered the breakfast burrito substituting the protein for their steak option. While waiting for my food I learned that the owners son was the one taking my order and preparing my meal. I enjoyed the light banter and friendly conversation with both owners, husband and wife, who spoke with pride as their son was excited to prepare something that would, "Blow my socks off!" I felt that the atmosphere was honest and wholesome, certainly a delight to sit and enjoy a fine respite from the cold. The meal came and as you can see from my picture attached, it was Huge! I enjoyed the meal very much packing up half of it togo, and for 16 dollars for such a healthy portion and a drink I felt as though the price was honest and fair. I left a small tip at the counter jar and left with a full belly and I am looking forward to exploring the more dessert-like options that they have available. If you are looking for something with a fair and honest price and friendly atmosphere you can count on 48 Main to provide that health conscious options with the tease of cheat day at your discretion. A great find for breakfast or lunch in the heart of downtown Merideth.”

“I had a fantastic experience at Cup and Crumb in Moultonborough, NH! The cozy cabin interior and friendly staff immediately made me feel welcome.I ordered an Americano which was rich and flavorful - one of the best I've had. To go with it, I tried a slice each of their cranberry pistachio cake and apple cake. The cranberry pistachio cake was phenomenal with a perfect balance of sweet and tart, a moist crumb, and a generous amount of pistachios and cranberries throughout. The apple cake also impressed me with its pronounced apple flavor, light texture, and hint of cinnamon. Both cakes tasted freshly baked and were very satisfying.Overall, Cup and Crumb is a true gem with high-quality baked goods, well-made espresso drinks, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. It's clear why there is often a line out the door for their delicious treats! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the Lake Winnipesaukee area. This is a must-visit spot for anyone looking for an exceptional bakery and coffee shop experience.”

“This cafe is really a bistro. Everything about it just keeps getting better. The chef is French and he knows how to prepare a meal that is not only excellent, but pleasingly presented. Today they started serving brunch. The eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, fingerling potatoes and salad was amazing. Great coffee from local Roof Top Roasters is the anchor. The staff is local and makes any guest feel welcome. I cannot recommend The Foothills highly enough.”

“Love the atmosphere and friendly service here! The local art on display is beautiful and gives the place a really special vibe. It's a bummer that none of the savory breakfast options are vegetarian-friendly (except bagels). Also, sometimes the coffee drinks served too hot.Vegetarian options: Sorely missing!! Every savory breakfast option has bacon or sausage. I think there's room for improvement here!”

“It's mid-October and I'm craving ice cream. Most places are closed for the season or closing early. It's 7pm and I see an open sign like an oasis in the desert! Stumbled across this place on a whim and wow! What a pleasant surprise. Very nice little store on the corner, love the design of the interior. Felt very welcomed walking in and everything looked so good. I forget the name of the guy working there, but he was hilarious, had us laughing as we chatted away. We had some of the most amazing desserts I've ever had. Truly a miracle we found this place. Can't wait until it opens up again next year!”

“This is a great place for a few reasons. It's casual, with a large menu and reasonable prices. It's fairly large and as long as you call ahead, you can probably get in, though it can get busy in the summer on the weekends. As for food - the French onion soup is fantastic. Bear Island nachos with BBQ chicken were great. French dip is also a good choice. The best part - in the summer, they have an ice cream shop down the parking lot in case you're feeling like something sweet!”

“The food is always great at Canoe. I've been here a number of times now, and have sat both downstairs and upstairs. Downstairs is quieter, but upstairs is lively and fun. I highly recommend the mixed grill - one of my favorite items on the menu! I also recommend making a reservation early, as they fill up very quickly - for a reason! Not inexpensive, but honestly, the quality of the food is so high, it's absolutely worth going. You will be back.”

“I got an order of the steak and cheese sub with waffle fries, and let me tell you, the waffle fries were so good. I had great young blonde waitresses. She was polite but a bit rushed. (It was not busy) My husband got a burger and some fries. He says it was good.”

“We had the most unbelievable pizzas!The gluten free crust was thin (like my sister likes), regular crust was a perfect thickness. They sold pizza by the slice (only Sicilian left, not pictured, thicker crust square cut - baby loved it!)We built our own well-done pizzas (one was gluten free, other did not have cheese). Prices here were comparable to what we would have ordered from Domino's glad we ended up here! Only wish is they were open a bit later”
