I really wanted to give their coffee another chance with how few options are here in Seabrook. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, which was great. If I was just reviewing that, it would be 5/5. But when I went to get coffee, the dark roast had a lot of grounds in it, and when I took a drink of the light roast as I drove to work it was barley luke warm. I guess I'm sticking with McDonald's breakfasts.

Had the Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich on 3/19/24 and became super sick approx 3 hrs later. Vomiting/fatigue for 24 hrs. Won't be going back.

The french onion soup I got is just like you took an onion, smashed it with a hammer and took an eye drop of broth in the bowl.

I frequent the dover location and have always been happy. First time at this location and will never be back. First, when i saw the food price was higher plus a delivery fee i opted to pick up. When i got there i realized i left my glasses at work and couldn’t even begin to see the name. I asked the woman at the register if she would read it to me. She said name, i said chip, she scolded me saying i had the wrong one while ripping it from my hand. She stormed off to the kitchen then came back empty handed then stood there staring at me with a vicious look on her face. While waiting where the cooks put up the food one of them asked me what i had…. One of the cooks handed me the same bag i origionally had. When leaving i was walking by the troll that took it from me and said. Thanks for your help i had the right one. She shrugged as if she couldn’t care less. I would be willing to bet she gave me the finger while leaving just by her horrible attitude. Went the 1/10 mi back to work and had to eat my now cold food… i will never go to this location again, thoroughly disgusted with her attitude .

I eat at a lot of Paneras in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The kitchen staff is miserable all the time. Bathrooms are smell, dirty and disgusting. You can feel the tension in the air between employees. The other Paneras in Newburyport, Danvers, and a bunch more are friendly, clean and enjoy their jobs. My experience when you see one restaurant from a well known change stick out so poorly it starts from the managers down. It's so miserable from the time you walk in the door. Get your act together people, I've had so many people in the restaurant business echo my statements I just wrote about. Very sad to see.

No Paninis or fancy lemonades...the only things I remember Panera for and gone. The heated ham was perfectly fine, but with the skinny bread used as the free rolls for 16" sandwich that they don't cut in half.Mango smoothie good for chain shop. Odd that door dash orders not put on the rack labeled internet orders, or name tracked on screen, only their app orders, yours just put on counter.

Highly recommend this Panera location near the intersection of 95 and 495 in Southern New Hampshire. Rapid pickup order was fulfilled quickly (less than 10 minutes) and accurately and tasted great. The interior of the store was very clean and updated and the staff was friendly and responsive.

Went in today with my wife and son, left appalled and dismayed. The workers were exceedingly unpleasant, especially the head honcho who appeared to be called, Melissa. If you ever need a lesson in eye rolling, I’d call her. Not one customer got away unscathed from the wrath of Melissa’s vicious distaste for us Panera goers. In a way, I got to hand it to her, I’d rip someone’s head off if they asked me for a mayo packet too. Won’t be returning to this location.

Visited 1/3/2023. Nastiest broccoli cheddar I’ve ever tasted. This definitely wasn’t made correctly. Waste of money.
