The people at Protectworth Brewing genuinely appeared to know and love what they do. It's obvious that they put a lot of thoughts and effort into their beers and have pride in it. The way they do flights was fun, as you take one of those glass holders, put numbers corresponding to various types of the beers they have on their menu, then you take it to them and they fill it.
