We use to spend at least 16 to 20 dollars everyday at the Dunkins in Franklin,but someone cooking the egg wraps all of a sudden started giving them to us partially cooked,cold,after saying something twice we only buy coffee .....,

Over the past few months this Dunks has really struggled. There’s a couple of the staff who know what they’re doing but most of them need training and leadership. They overcharged me once and instead of fixing it, had me pick a donut I didn’t even want. They don’t label the coffees all the time which matters because we do coffee runs for SYC there for multiple staff and need to not be guessing who got what.
