“My son and I decided to check out this new restaurant-so glad we did! We were seated at a high table in the bar area. I really like the atmosphere at Foundation. Our servers were very pleasant and helpful with our questions. Being craft beer drinkers, we were pleased with the selection. In fact, I was delighted to be able to enjoy a pint of Wormtown's Blizzard of 78-one of my favorite winter brews. There is a full bar. Rob & I shared all the food we ordered so we could sample a wide variety. All were excellent. We had Braised Short Ribs, Arancini, Pecan Pear Salad, Sweet Potato Gnocchi, and still had room to share a Snickers Dessert. Since we were sharing, all of our selections came out from the kitchen split, which was a nice touch. I am looking forward to returning to Foundation kitchen + bar in the near future.“

“New to the area, went to AJ's for the first time yesterday afternoon 2/8/24. Bartender Lauren couldn't be more charming and helpful. She approved our choice of a large Ck'n Bacon Ranch Pizza which was delicious and more than me and my GF could finish. I'd like to see them add a small green salad (around $6) as compared to the giant one listed on the menu for $11.75 but appeared on our check for $13.75 (just an update that hasn't been adjusted on the menu, I'm sure). Nice crisp, fresh draft beer with happy hour prices. We're definately going back.“

“My second time here-traveling from Haverhill- we had an excellent time- Saturday night at 6:30pm with a group of eight- Manager was super flexible with seating options. Our group was well taken care of by the busy bartenders- Kara and Taya- both very friendly and attentive. Drinks and food were excellent- try the Scallop Risotto! We had the poutine and some martinis off of the drink menu. Overall A+ tonight put this place onto my radar!“
“Brought family Sunday. Food was A+ our server was so cheerful we felt we have known her all our lives. Lost one of our old hang outs and now we have a new one. Love the pub atmosphere and how cozy it is. A place where you are their most important product. Make sure you are really hungry their portions are big enough that we all had doggie bags. “Cozy pub with a decent vibe in a quiet area by a lake. They have two dart boards and two pool tables. The onion rings were good but the fries were thin McDonalds style fries. I wish they served the thicker seasoned fries you get at some other pubs/taverns.“
