It was our first Time here. We sat at the bar and had Diane. It was the night of a storm and they were going to maybe close a little bit early, but she was sure to welcome us and not make us feel rushed even though we felt guilty. She had excellent customer service skills, nice conversation and super friendly. The food was Five stars. We got the calamari as an app and split the big guy ribeye. She made an excellent lemon, drop martini we will return! As a matter of fact, we are going there for dinner tonight wirh family!

We went for a late lunch and it was very quiet. I had a bacon burger. Probably the best bacon burger I've ever had. Crispy bacon, thick juicey burger that was cooked to perfection with a side of steak fries.I would recommend going here. We'll be back for a steak dinner soon.

Had a fantastic experience for Sunday brunch. We came in with a party of six and the food, service and atmosphere were 5 stars. Spoke to Zach the owner and he couldn’t be more gracious of us joining them for brunch. Must visit!

Been here more than a few times when I'm out this way (live 2 hours away) and this is my GO TO spot for amazing food and fire drinks. Bartender is perfectly heavy handed resulting in more bang for your buck on cocktails. Zach never misses, he's top notch in the kitchen. Wait Staff are attentive and friendly everytime, Especially Jaimie shes amazing. If steak and drinks are on your palette for the night and you don't end up here you missed out. Do yourself a huge favor a CHECK THIS PLACE OUT.

awful.... in-laws were visiting and Hanover chophouse was booked. should've gone somewhere else. really wanted it to be good! first sat us at a table that was way too small. Our came out Luke warm at best and all came to our table at different times. The sides were all cold by the time we got our meals, and our dirty plates were not cleared. Horrible experience. maybe the food would've been good if it was hot? also headlights shining in your eyes from the parking lot. we dropped a lot of money here for a nice dinner and left really disappointed.

The service was incredibly slow and the food was subpar. The price and quality of food were disproportionate. My husband and brother in law ordered ribeyes and they were not ribeyes, perhaps a mediocre cut of NY strip at best. We spent $400 for a dinner for 4 and will not be returning.

It may not look like much from the outside, but the food is spectacular! Comparable to any other high end steak house in the area.

6 of us ate at Zachary's for dinner. Food was ok, but was expensive for what you got. Nothing was a bad, but nothing was outstanding. Lighting was poor, headlights in your face from the parking lot, some sides were cold, one side was put on my steak so it couldn't be shared, dishes weren't cleared, hot drinks took forever and came out at different times, ... for over five hundred dollars, I won't be back.

Calling this bar/restaurant a chop house is kind of misleading. I would put the steak in the GOOD category for a truck stop or diner.

We so wanted to love it here, but it's just too expensive for what it is. A sports bar? Terrible ambiance. Cold, warehouse-y feeling. For Sunday Brunch, at $29/pp, you'd expect hot, fresh food, which is difficult at a buffet, but it is absolutely possible. Instead, we got there, not at all crowded at 10:40 AM, to find literally a box of donuts from a donut shop open on a table, with a bowl of berries, and a bowl of yogurt. The Eggs Benedict had been hanging out in the warmer too long: The yolks were solid, muffin was soggy, and sauce congealed at best. Scrambled eggs were cold. Sausage and bacon okay. Cinnamon sugar plantain nice. Some other weird fried potato knish-type things weren't very good. There were "hot pockets," aka ham and cheese empanadas. The carving board, if you're up for it, was a great looking ham. The omelette station takes a lot of patience, but seemed to be the way to go if you wanted hot fresh food. Forget about French toast or any other breakfast-type food, which they did not have. Also, no syrup, salt, pepper, ketchup, and the coffee was very hard to come by. $29? You have to make an effort to eat $29 worth of food at their Sunday Brunch, as it was very disappointing.
