It seems that the drive thru group can never get an order right and when they do get it wrong it requires a long wait to get the correct items with minimal apologies or acknowledgment of having done so. I get that it’s McDonald’s and I’m not looking for the impossible, but the convenience of fast food and using the drive thru is a bit lost when you need to head in to physically retrieve your order. Worst yet is getting a bit of attitude when you try to nicely ask for the correct items. Normally I don’t complain, especially about people just trying to do their job, but this isn’t the case here. I am sure there are some great people that work at the location, but this has occurred on a few different weekends and it’s really disappointing (and frustrating).

The best McDonald's I've ever had in America so far. We needed to eat something and were on the way home. Decided to get French fries with a cheeseburger. Oh man... everything was very fresh and juicy. We were very nicely surprised.

It was late and i was tired and did not wish to deal with using the kiosk, but no problem, as the young lady behind the counter came right over to the register, was super pleasant and took my order. Order was prepared quickly and was very fresh, and presented by another very nice young lady. Left there smiling, and feeling good. Service matters. Thank you.

Used the drive thru. Placed order for 20 box nuggets and small fries. Simple enough order, you'd think.After being sent to window pick up #2, waited 8 minutes, was given the nuggets, no fries. Girl closed window then quickly took off.I tried calling out, knocking on the window... nothing.Drove around to the order station again, explained that I had young kids in the car, can't go inside, so can I please get my order. Was told to go to window #2 and all would be ready for me. Waited nearly 5 more minutes, nobody at window #2. Had to finally get hold of a girl in window #1 who gave me the remaining order. No apology for the mess up.I used to go here every Sunday with the kid or kids. Not anymore!

This is our favorite local McDonald's! They are fast and serve fresh, hot fries! You would think that hot fries would be a standard at all McDs, but nope! We'll go out of our way to use this store when possible.

Went here for breakfast with my daughter. Ordered on the kiosk, food came pretty quick and everything was accurate. Food was tasty and actually looked like the pictures. Server was very nice and helpful. Very well managed branch. Thanks!
I will never be coming back here. The service was absolutely horrible, and I have never experienced worse. I went in with about 12 other people and we were refused service simply because our group was too large for the empty restaurant. Our business of 12 people was apparently less important than the business of 2 customers according to the staff. They were very rude and told us to leave immediately once we entered the establishment, initially without giving us a reason. If I could rate this establishment 0 stars I would, but that’s not possible so I am giving it a 1. If your group is larger than 5 people, don’t waste your time or money. Again, NEVER coming back here.

I haven't been to this McDonalds in years because the drive through consistently got my order wrong . I went yesterday , fried were cold , the chocolate milk shake was half vanilla and when I pointed this out , the server dismissed my comment . The burger gave me food poisoning . I will never return.
