This Starbucks is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever come to. Every songle time I pre order I show up 20 minutes later then when I originally ordered and they didn’t even start my order yet. It’s not even busy when I come either. Also half the time my drink was incorrectly made. Step it up. Highly annoyed when I end up coming to this Starbucks ebery time.

This location can be a hit or miss depending on the time of day. If you place a mobile order for pick up in the drive thru you may be waiting a while sometimes. The baristas are all very friendly and make the order to perfection. The only downside of this location is that the drive thru can be very busy and parking is tight.

I’ve been a customer at this location for years now and I will no longer be coming back. Today I ordered a grande pink drink with light ice and was charged $6.84. When yesterday I ordered a Venti pink drink with light ice and was charged $6.02. When I asked the barista when did prices go up drastically again? He told me when the holiday drinks came out. I told him I literally paid $6.02 for the same drink but in a larger size yesterday and that doesn’t make sense. He told me I must’ve not been charged for the light ice fee, light ice charge or not that math does not add up to me for a grande to be way more than a Venti price. I’ve always ordered my drink this way as a Venti and have never been charged for that. Regardless of the price I am more so not coming back because of the staff. I went this morning around 11 AM and after my confusion with the price, as I started to drive away, the barista proceeded to tell me “ next time, don’t come back then.” I didn’t catch his name but he had long shoulder length brown hair. That is so rude and uncalled for. So I will never be coming back after supporting this company for years. Very disappointing.

This is the best Starbucks we've ever been too and I just want to give a huge shout out to Ryan and the team for making my daughters sweet 16 the best day ever. You guys have great customer service. They provided sleeves of cups which helped make her party even more amazing. Thanks so much for your kindness!

Worst Starbucks ever. You will wait for a mobile order forever. You're better off walking in and ordering from the register. The crew in this location is very confused and fooling around way too much. I waited 20 min for a cup of regular coffee. Save yourself some time and skip this Starbucks. WORST STORE EVER!!!

This is the cleanest, friendliest Starbucks in the area. From the common area to the rest rooms, everything is well maintatined. On top of this, all of the employees I have interacted with have always been friendly, genuine, accommodating, and respectful. My personal take is that this is a Starbucks that understands the importance of having a well-staffed location... enough employees to handle the busy times, and hiring practices that attract customer-friendly people.

Impressively slow. Orders placed ahead on app can push 1 hour of wait time. Remarkable ability to take their time. Suggest ordering 24 hours prior, should be enough time.

All the people working at Starbucks in Atlantic highlands are so fast, efficient, and I always get a smile. Clean place to sit and clean bathrooms!Vegetarian options: Beyond meat breakfast sandwichParking: Huge parking lot with tons of spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to get inside and handicap parking directly by the entrance.

It’s a hit or miss at the drive through. About 1 out of 4 trips they make a mistake. It’s usually too late to fix it because I only discover it once I’ve driven away. Today for instance I ordered two bacon Gouda sandwiches and one came in an unlabeled bag and the sandwich didn’t have cheese or bacon in it. Just egg. It was for my daughter who normally loves this sandwich and wouldn’t eat it this time. I tried calling the store but there was no answer

Stopped in to satisfy my Flat White addiction and was pleasantly surprised with an exceptional beverage ? prepared by a wonderful young man. Only downside is getting out of the parking lot.
