Mount fuji has always been a staple not only for our family, but in the community. we have been going since we were little kids. this place always delivers. its a great restaurant to go with your family. the food is pretty good. the best salad is here. it has switched management, which made it a bit less inviting, but still, we love it. thats all!:) (we highly recommend the pork gyoza for an appetizer!)

I have been ordering hibachi lunch from their menu for many years! It’s one of my family’s favorites and usually we have no complaints! Today I put our usual order in and picked it up to bring home. Once home we opened the containers and were surprised to find such a small amount of food my wife ordered steak and shrimp hibachi and I ordered chicken and shrimp hibachi. We were so disappointed to see literally 6 small pieces of chicken and 3 shrimp and 7 small pieces of of steak and 3 shrimp! On top of that there were barely any veggies at all! Now from our previous orders we know it usually has way more than that so I called to see how it could be rectified. And the manager proceeded to tell me they weigh out their portions and that’s their normal portions! Nevermind that I have gotten these same meals numerous times and always received 3x’s that amount but over $50 for these portions were ridiculous and a slap in the face when she did nothing to try and correct the situation! No apology, no discount, no correction and no acceptance of responsibility! Sorry to say we will no longer be giving Mt Fuji any of our business bc of this! If you order from here beware and please make sure to check your food in the restaurant before you leave!

A month ago we had hibachi dinner. There was 5 of us and ordered 5 adult hibachi dinner and after a month we came back. This time there were 10 of us. We ordered 5 adult hibachi dinner and 5 child hibachi dinner. We got LESS FOOD than our previous visit. They serve us less food but same price.I know is your place coz we were just there !! Thanks

Despite some negative reviews, this has always been my favorite spot in the area for hibachi or sushi. Anytime I've dined in, we get sat right away. Service is always quick. I had a great experience yesterday and will continue to return and recommend to others!

Went for big family dinner 21 people. Our hibachi chef was very entertaining. I wish they would not wait till the end to give vegetables. We had a fun time. Ii do wish they had 2 chefs for that size party but we did not feel rushed at all.

Excellent sushi, I go here all the time when I'm in Atlantic city. The service is also very good, the staff and owner are all very nice and helpful when you dine here. I had tried a lot of sushi places down here, and this is the only place that serves real authentic sushi in the area. It's BYOB as far as alcohol goes. This makes it even more appealing. The hibachi and hot food are also very good, and the guy that works the hibachi is quite entertaining and also a very nice person. I can't say enough about this place. It's definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the Atlantic city area. It sports a variety of Tommy booths, 2 hibachi stations, and numerous amount of tables. There is no need for reservations. They will always accommodate you.
