Decent bagels, but EVERYTIME I order a small cream cheese spread, the price varies…sometimes it’s a flat rate price, other times they put the SAME small cup and weigh it…very frustrating…additionally they have a few people working the front that barely speak a lick of English, so trying to order a coffee with ‘2 sugars and light cream’ is virtually impossible
My 'go to' local bagel shop. Prices have been going up for a year: this is happening everywhere. It's a 'treat' to visit. NOW the bagels I purchased recently were smaller. It's no longer worth my patronage.Disappointing

Bagels are "good", but it's crazy pricing; $7 for an egg and cheese. Their quality is super variable, I had the best chicken sliders I've ever had here and I've also had the worst omelette of my life, so you never know what quality you'll get. It's also crazy how many people around here complain about how often their orders are wrong. So basically it's not a terrible option, just not great either.
