Great date night place amongst just general dinners, celebrations, etc. BYOB. It smells delicious as soon as you walk in, the ambiance and setting is beautiful. The menu is simple yet elegant. Got the burrata to start and split the cacio e Pepe and the salmon dish. So good!
Our first visit to Flavia Cucina was on Easter Sunday. My fiancé and I sat at the counter which we prefer most times. Besides enjoying the food, we got to see how the food was prepared right in front of us. The food did not disappoint and it was fresh and tasty. The ambience was chic and sophisticated for Asbury. We've been to Flavia's several times and have always enjoyed our experience. The service is fast and attentive and has it has a super cute modern Italian interior. We always try something new each time we go and haven't been disappointed yet. This time, we had the carbonara spaghetti and pesto fettuccine and it was perfectly al dente and delicious! I can't wait to come back to try the amaretto cheesecake!
