I normally live pucker which is why I still gave them 3 stars. I went last night and the girl was so lazy she didn't want to make new fries so she filled my cone with all tiny pieces and chips of fries. Very disappointed.

In the summer months, I always look to have a nice refreshing lemonade, and Pucker's is definitely the place to get it while visiting Asbury Park. Just one sip, and you know you are getting fresh squeezed lemonade that has the right amount of sweet to tart ratio. The place is small and hardly noticeable on the boardwalk unless you are using the restrooms that are directly behind them. They also serve fries (several sizes) and fried oreos, but I haven't had the chance to try them yet as I always go for the lemonade. The staff is friendly and quick with the orders, so no complaints about the service. I noticed some reviews stated that the price of the lemonade is a tad high at $6 each or $7 if you get a flavored lemonade, but I think it is pretty reasonable. I definitely recommend and most certainly stop by again the next time I am in the area.

Ok maybe I should have taken a picture of the fries to show how awful they were. They were so over greased that you could see through them. None of them were crispy. Way overpriced for terrible quality.

I'm old enough to opine about "these kids today," but also to compliment the exemplary, hard-working young people at Pucker. It's lemonade and fries, not a $300 tasting menu, but they take their mission seriously. I enjoyed the regular and blood orange lemonades. The fries were meticulously prepared, with high potato quotient and no grease. Can't comment on the particulars of the hot sauce but I liked it - let's say it had notes of aioli, cayenne, Tabasco and red pepper with a faint undercurrent of sweetness.

Best fries and freshly squeeze lemonade on the Jersey shore. Fast & friendly service, and served easily to enjoy the ambiance of the beach. A large fry easily feeds two people and the blood orange lemonade was the perfect addition to the fries!

The lemonade is great and I am a fine connoisseur of fresh squeezed lemonade. These guys do it right. Fresh lemon plus lemon press plus icewater plus ice plus sugar equals lemonade. They get it.Also, I had an experience yesterday that was kinda good. I'm an insulin dependent diabetic and I was experiencing an episode of hypoglycemia and needed something quick. When I casually mentioned it to the young kid behind the counter he mentioned it to the guy making the fries and they had me fresh hot fries in under a minute.The kid has to be on one of the local first aid squads or something 'cos he understood what my problem was and how to fix it--he served me first--but he also didn't freak out. He just got me what I needed efficiently and without dawdling. It was appreciated.(I say this because at the Burger King over in West Grove the I had the same experience and the response was different--it took them half and hour, literally to get me something from the dollar menu. I had to leave and head to seven eleven to get food. I kept trying to hurry them along and they didn't care. Quality people, all about getting and keeping quality people for your staff.)

Came by tonight around 6:30 and the two people working the counter were exceptional and helpful. I think the guy was new but had a great attitude! Keep up the great work!

The lemonade was extremely overpriced and not worth it. They put so much sugar in it and it was awful. So much you could feel the sugar on your tounge while drinking.
