Stella Marina has become one of my favorite spots at Asbury Park. Everything that I ordered so far was delicious. BUT, the pork chop is out of this world ? Super thick cut that's amazingly tender and juicy inside. If you are a meat lover, give it a try!

Our first, and certainly not our last visit. Service was amazing, beautiful decor, white tablecloth, amazing ocean views and a great menu. I loved my Linguine and Clam Sauce, Annie had Shrimp Scampi, and the bread, grated parmigiana and EVO was a great starter. I definitely recommended them for any occasion. Not great at all. Bread was stale and cold. Burrata app was like a solid block and nothing what burrata is supposed to be like. Ordered the same drink twice and it tasted like a completely different drink each time. Scallops were very fishy. Overall very unhappy with the inconsistency and nowhere near worth the cost of what everything was.

Off season, Stella Marina is quiet and lovely and romantic ( on the water, sun setting etc). I am sure that during the season, it is fantastic - noisy, happy, drinks and fun. But we like it in the winter. The food is always terrific and plentiful, exceptional wine list. Waitstaff is efficient and professional and very nice. We've never had a bad meal at Stella Marina. great place.

no rating. food is unremarkable. service is lackluster and downright lazy. prices outrageous for such subpar experienc. I didn't mention 2nd floor dining room. what a nothingburger. AVOiD. so many better options in Asbury. run and bring your wallet.
We had a reservation, we were there on time, and they made us wait over an hour. They didn't offer a drink while we waited. Food was average, and prices were high. It's not worth it, in my opinion.

Saw a lot of folks complaining. Our table was not ready at our reservation time. Service was very slow and waiter was muttering complaints as he walked around. We did not order a full meal because we were kept waiting at our table for a long time. Not a good experience.
Booked a special occasion dinner at a busy time. Our entrees never came and service was just terrible - after two hours with no food or water refilled, we were done. While the restaurant rightfully comped our early drinks, it was disappointing that there was no acknowledgement of an important night ruined by such poor management. A simple approach by a manager to help smooth over the unfortunate disaster of the evening would have gone a long way. This was a management failure - I love the spot and can only hope it gets back to its former glory from this low point.

Good food and drinks are to be found at this nice staple of beautiful downtown Asbury Park. If you do decide to come on over for a nice little visit, we would recommend their yummy meatballs .
