Don’t normally do this I was being generous with 2 stars. I tried private messaging you guys about this through your Facebook , website or other ways but there’s no way to email or message directly and no choice to leave here. Me and my agent Lorenzo from south beach ordered a burger and a patty melt Medium cooked. We received nearly raw flesh rare.Also waited 15 to 20 minutes for service after we were sat down with only 5 tables going on and quite a few employees just standing around with their hands in their pocket. We sent the food back as we didn’t want to get sick and only ate the fries with pork which was also under cooked but more edible for human consumption compatible county jail food. This place is wild. 2 stars. Stick w the salads ?

It's convenient but beyond that not so good. Nachos were inedible. They don't have salsa only some version of Pico that has no cilantro. Ordered a BLT to go also not good. They got the order wrong. $15 BLT no chips no fries. Not a good experience.

Waited a half hour for a simple cold tuna sandwich. Discovered they had it ready 20 minutes sooner but had placed it on wrong shelf and no one noticed. I sat in chair to wait which had water spilled on it. Finally got to eat it and found 2 long curly hairs!

I have to say I've been to this place a bunch of times and to me the best burger on the menu is the Turkey burger. Im a big fan of basil mayo and I add bacon! There must be a reason it sells out alot! Several of my recent visits it hasn't been available to order.So please AC burger with sugar on top stock up on the Turkey burgers!!! PS PLEASE ADD Fresh MOZZ STICKs On The Menu !!!
