The paneer in the palak paneer was HARD ??????. We had to ask for the plates and cutlery ?????. They DIDN'T even provide us with water??????. The food and service was a HUGE disappointment from the last time we ate here. WE WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER EAT HERE AGAIN !!!!!! ?

I ate well from here. I called in advance and order that I was to pick up. When I arrived I could see that a police proceeding was taking place. Three officers were speaking with the proprietor. I was told I could come in. The place was nicely appointed but entirely empty, customers or staff. I went towards the counter I took a photo of. A staff member came out of the kitchen and asked my business, I informed him I had called in an order. He apologized and said it would just be a few more minutes. Indeed, it was prepared very quickly by him and another staff member. CHicken Lahore, Garlic Naan and Aloo Gobi. It was possibly a bit heavy on ghee but very tasty and spiced nicely. I apologized that I came at a bad time but the staff member didn't' seem concerned. When i departed I noted that the police action had ended. Thumbs up for food!

We were really wanting Indian food tonight. We drove past all the places we saw listed and this was the only place open. COVID has been unkind to small businesses I suppose. This place has plenty of seats. You order at the counter and they bring the food out when it's ready. I think a lot of the food was premade and maybe frozen. Right now this maybe the only option for Indian in AC, but I probably wouldn't go back.

This place is the worst. I had chick Tiki Massala. The sauce had no flavor, the chicken was sparse and there must have been half a pound of rice. I went only because a friend was in from Florida and he used to like it. We were the only 2in there probably because the food is so bad. On top of that the owner Mr. Khan charged me $16 when the menu said it was $10.99. He said the extra was for the rice. Then he messed up the credit card and ran it again and the total was close to $17. I wouldn't feed his food to my dog. AVOID AVOID AVOID

*WARNING - Must Read before visiting* We went here originally because of the FAKE Google reviews but I'd honestly rate it 0 stars! All the food behind the display case isn't heated which is why they microwave all dishes! I'm not sure how safe it is to consume bacteria growing food. The 1st time I went there, I ordered Chicken Biryani and there were only 2 tiny chicken pieces! The owner said that's all they give in every dish. He boasted that he was the cheapest Indian restaurant with dishes for $6.99 and I rebuted that I'd rather pay more for a good satisfying meal instead. Before leaving, I also ordered a sampler box of sweets. When I got back to my hotel and opened the sweets box, I was shocked the owner gave me about 3/4 lb of rancid sweets. UPDATE: Since the hotel I stayed at was close by when I returned to Atlantic City, I returned to this restaurant hoping they had gotten better. I asked if they were still serving cold microwaved food with 2 tiny pieces of chicken in a chicken dish and the owner remembered yelled out, "Oh I remember you! You wrote a 1 star review!" (which was an honest review) and therefore refused to serve me! Wow... instead of actually changing his policies, he got mad at customers for expecting sanitary and safe food practices! The reviews of people that have only ever written 1 review, that claim 5* are probably fake just to boost the score. Look at the reviews of real Reviewers that typically are low stars.

This is my first visit at this place. The food was really nice. We ordered Kadhai Paneer, Dal Fry, Garlic Naan (THE BEST!), Rasmalai, and Tea. The food was very close to what you will actually eat in southeast Asia.

We came in around 8:40 PM, it took the guy forever to take our order. I ordered Paya and he gives me less than half a container...before I paid for it, I asked him why it was less than half filled, he said it was just because the container was big. He was very rude and said if you don't want it, I'll give it to someone else. This man was very unprofessional and was trying to scam me. I am native Pakistani, I know what Paya should look like and what he was trying to give me was not right!

I eat Indian food with great regularity. The food here isn't the problem nor are the prices but the menu. If the dish comes completely without any accompanying elements it must be made very clear. I just walked approximately 14 blocks to pick up my dinner. Any restaurant I go to has at minimum some rice. Doesn't have to be fancy. I get back to my hotel room with plates and a small container of JUST lamb curry. If this is the way it comes when you order rice should be suggested as an add on. This is very disappointing. Not much of a meal. I come to AC a lot but I won't be repeating here.
