Received vip tickets to attend a “cigar social “ event outdoor at the beer garden. ??Of all the events I have attended at the Borgata, this is by far the most memorable.Red carpet service with white gloves treatment once you enter. Complimentary champagne & bourbon as you glide from booth to booth.The cigars on display and for sale were big names: Padron, Cohiba, Montecristo, & etc…Bought 3 boxes of top quality cigars and received so many freebies. Dancers & singers were entertaining us the whole time. Very festive ??

Food was great. Music was decent. The dj is a girl named iamchelsealee. She was decent but I've heard alot of bad things about her and she advertises her "services" on onlyfans. Very unprofessional

Beware and don’t assume your valuables are safe in the room, housekeeping will take things. Beds were very uncomfortable. The casino itself and dining was nice. If you wanted to go to other places around you had to Uber or taxi to get there.

Not as good as it used to be. Service in the casino was poor. Table games are limited as well. Slots are tighter than ever. The fine dining restaurants have gotten very very pricey and the food is average at best.

Everything came out very good, we had a very good time, i went to the poker room and sent her to the spa and it worked out perfect for us. The poker room is awesome. Went to dinner at Old Homestead which was fantastic

Great amenities. Outdoor pool rocked. friendly, courteous staff throughout the property. Food choices were great. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. the housekeeping staff on our floor was outstanding.

Not worth the price you pay for hotel room. Basic room for over $500/per night. Staff isnt accommodating or willing to help resolve issues especially room problems. Rooms were not properly cleaned as well as housekeeping was just relaxing in rooms.

Great hotel, location, casino and restaurants. Exceptional staff and service! Love the hotel room/ slept very well! We never left to visit other casinos or restaurants- we found everything we needed at the Borgata . Also I must say The room was very clean and we will be back!

I left this hotel with my body and clothes covered in bed bugs. It was absolutely disgusting and the hotel offered no apology and as of yet no refund for our stay. I never had a great impression of Atlantic City but thought the Borgata was the place to stay if we were visiting. I was wrong and now am dealing with a bed bug infestation on my skin, clothes, and luggage.
Amazing trip. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the entire stay. We enjoyed both pools indoor and outdoor . The food was amazing. The alcoholic slushees was her favorite part ?. I will be back really soon.

Great food, great entertainment. Hard to get drinks around slot machines when it’s busy. They should look at their competition for gifts and free play. Oceans gives free play almost every day. Staff was pleasant.

Was there this weekend and it was very busy. The jersey tomato mozzarella salad was to die for. Our server Dominique was so sweet and personable. She did a great job even though other people were stopping her left and right. Having previously been in the food service industry myself, I was impressed at how well her and the other pool servers did, while watching them run around in the heat. My only complaint is that as the day went on, the pool got dirtier and dirtier. We stayed all night and at the end of the night it was kind of gross. Overall, great experience and I'm keeping my borgata souvenir cup for many more Miami vice's this summer!
