I've got to show a little love for this option within Caesar's. It's probably my favorite sit down breakfast option. While not at all fancy, they do make a pretty solid Eggs Benedict. They've also got a pretty standard hot and cold breakfast buffet. Prices aren't bad at all, considering where you are. It's also easier than going to the crowded main buffet. At night, we've found that it's not a bad place to grab dinner, they actually grilled a very solid steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus.
