Food was nasty. I got the bourbon brown sugar chicken sandwich that had slaw and cucumbers. Breading on the chicken was not good.We had to clean tables off in order to eat our food.

This is the slowest line in ac. I would rate the food, but I’ve been in line for almost an hour and haven’t ordered yet. Soooo slow!

Me and my bestie went to AC to celebrate her 60th birthday beginning on 02-29-24. We were at the casino for a while and decided to go back to our suite. We decided to go to the Chicken Guy spot because of the owner and it had a decent menu. We decided on the BLAT sandwich (picture attached of menu). With fries and a side of mac n cheese.First, the wait for 2 sandwiches ? was ridiculous almost 15 to 20 minutes. Mind you people who came after us got their meals before us, how that happened as everyone is given a number, I'll never understand. As they're giving out people's food, people are coming back because items are missing. We finally get our food and we noticed the side of ranch sauce we requested was not in the bag. The attitude the counter gentleman gave us was not appreciated, but he gave us the sauce and we left. We get to our room and realize the chicken tender is dry, bland, and somewhat hard. We go to put our ranch sauce on it, that he gave us and its garlic parmasean sauce. Thank goodness we had mayo packets in the room or we would be eating a very dry sandwich. Additionally, I went to eat my side of Mac n cheese, it was totally inedible. It had a terrible taste and boarded on being spoiled. Needless to say I was done. The place was closed to return the Mac n cheese that night but in the morning I bought the item back and the manager on duty was nice enough to credit me back for my entire order.Although he did the right thing, I can say I will never eat at that place again. If you're really hungry there's a sandwich spot close to the casino that makes great sandwiches and paninis.Sorry Guy, thanks but no thanks!!!!

The chicken tenders we’re dry, tuff, and flavorless! Total waste of money. Save your money and drive to a Chick-fil-A ?

We stayed the night at Harrahs and I had been looking forward to trying Chicken Guy. I enjoy spicy tenders and I've been looking for a go to restaurant. Chicken Guy wasn't it. Bland at best tenders with seasoning sprinkled on, some of my tenders didn't even have spicy seasoning on them. The french fries taste mirrored the tenders. We do make trips to Atlantic City casinos for particular dining options, unfortunately this won't be one.

I don't know how you screw up chicken fingers, but they do it in spades. The sauces are inedible and taste like cleaning products. Utterly horrible. The fingers are odd-tasting and bland. Fries are fine but you don't get points for doing what you should do. Don't eat here. It'll just make you angry that you paid $20 for awful fingers and fries.

Chicken guys was a fantastic meal among a sea of mediocre ones. Staying at Harrahs had average food for the first two and then there was chicken guy which was like it was sent from heaven. The tender were definitely the second best I had ever had, only to my grandma’s. And the fries were the best. Extremely well seasoned and the sauces were great. It was pricey, but about the same prices I have seen at resorts and by far the best meal. 10/10 cant wait to back.

Food was very mid. Waited over 30minutes for chicken tenders and fries. Staff was so kind though they need more people to handle big crowds.

Sometimes you need a cheap eat in AC, but this is not it, although the food quality suggests it should be. It's fast food for sit down restaurant prices. The $6 fountain drink really lost a lot of good will. Pro tip: go to the arcade for a bottle of soda. That is also still a rip-off, but it's cheaper. The experience seems to be more about the sauces than anything else. Like 3 expensive chicken tenders really don't need 2 sauces. The pro: there are lots of different sauce types, and the buttermilk ranch I got seemed to be made fresh and was way better than prepackaged ranch with its abundance of dill and garlic. The con: the chicken itself tasted frozen. My husband said it tasted like frozen Weaver's chicken. The sauce helped mask the taste, but sauce shouldn't be mandatory to eat the main meal. Tenders were big though, so it was filling, just not tasty.Unfortunately, the quick eat alternatives in Harrah's are not any cheaper, but I still think one could get a better product elsewhere. This chicken came home to roost.

Stayed at Harrah's for 3 nights but this place had been closed all these times. No idea how they do their business why they are allowed to occupy a space in the food court.

Even with the breaded chicken, the Loaded Mac Daddy Mac n Cheese wasn’t bad. My spouse loved the Loaded Fries. One recommendation is since the casino gives points when customers dine, participating restaurants should ask for the player card routinely before customers pay so the points can be applied. The cashier told us they are a participating restaurant but did not ask for our card then told us there was nothing that could be done because we had already paid. Bummer!

The staff doesn’t know what an allergy alert is and when asked if the staff could re-glove for the food allergy the staff had not re-gloved. I asked if the person who was preparing the food to re-glove and make the food over again and the staff member got defensive and aggressive to the point where another staff member had to step in. After that the food was not eaten cause of the absence of allergy knowledge and the aggressive behavior of the staff member preparing food.
