In AC for a conference. Waitress/bartender brought the tab and over charged us by several beers. When we asked for an itemized receipt she got mad. She then proceeded to escalate the situation when we told her we had not drank all those beers and she demanded we leave. Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Do not recommend this bar. I do recommend everyone get an itemized receipt everywhere you go because we were overcharged several places while here.

Great service. Great drinks & bourbon selection. I had a few Bourbon slushes made by our cool bartender. He even hit the button to skip a few bad country songs, upon request. The barstools are funny. The restrooms are actually outside of the bar, around the corner in the hall. There were not enough customers for a Sat night, so I hope they are able to be more successful. We had a fun night right inside our hotel/resort.

Had a great evening here drinking beer. They have an extensive selection of beer on tap to choose from. The night we went they had live entertainment that was just OK but fun. The staff here is very friendly and we had some laughs with them through the evening. We will definitely go back when at the Trop.

40 minutes to even be looked at for service. Saturday night definitely isn't the night to be short staffed and training someone especially when a lot of people came to see a band play. Band was amazing. Staff and service, abysmal. Brutal experience.

Good food. Sports bar atmosphere.Our service was good.Had one server working.Dual role of bartender/ watress .Only negatives that I can say is even though it was only Wednesday, you are at the start of summer vacation more servers are needed and running out of hamburger buns and losing customers to not being able to get service
Great place to have a craft beer and hear the live bands. If you like to dance, this is your spot.

Their saying they have a huge selection ??....they have a broke down bar with literally 3 bottles and a super unhappy bartender......as a local i wait for places like this to shut down so someone that means business can start a new bar here cause this place is a joke
