I ordered food from Caesars Eats and choose this restaurant. As soon as I submitted the request, I received an text/email back saying the place was closed. I checked my credit card and it was pending, 2 days later, it was charged. I texted Guy's and they said it wouldn't go through even though I said it was posted. I kept contacting them and they no longer are returning the messages. I contacted Harrahs billing. After 6 days, they are having trouble with Guy's refunding me the money. Just be careful people.

On Thursday, 7/2, I ordered from Caesar Eats. I submitted credit card information and then the order. I immediately received a response that this place was closed. 2 days later, I noticed I was charged. I texted them through Caesar Eats. They said it would drop cause the place was closed. I said no, it is not in a pending status. You took my $$. I called billing 6 days ago to report. As of today, 8/1, billing still hasn't heard from Guy's to resolve issue.

I had an extremely disappointing experience here, I ordered the pastrami rueben ,which was plain awful first the sandwich I received was way over priced for what I received, the order was Luke warm,no kraut, no dressing and a very sparse amount of pastrami, so little pastrami that there was not enough meat to make a half sandwich, the full sandwich I ordered was just mostly marble rye on marble rye, and for the taste I could not say cause there was not enough ingredient to determine, So what I experienced was pretty much the feeling that I had been robbed

No line on a Friday night! Just had to try their BLT. Service was friendly, and my order was ready within 5 minutes! Will definitely try the other sandwiches soon!

First time trying this place and I LOVED IT! The food was fresh, delicious and filling. The cheesesteak was huge, only took a picture of half and the burger was yummy. When I took a bite of the burgers, it was like I was on an episode of diners, drive-ins and dives!

We were in Atlantic City for my daughters basketball tournament. My husband was so excited to see this restaurant was located in Harrah’s where we were staying. We had a long day of tournaments and decided to come back to the resort and order from Guy’s Sammich Joint. I ordered the tuna melt combo, the sandwich was flavorless and bland covered in an obene amount of lettuce. The fries were not even salted and were subpar for what we expected from Guy’s. My husband got the Buffalo Chicken sandwich which was swimming in hot sauce with unseasoned chicken. He also ordered the combo. He literally received maybe 15 fries in his order.Needless to say neither one of us ate more than a quarter of our sandwiches. Over $50 for 2 flavorless sandwiches and some bland fries.I will never again order from this restaurant. What a waste of our hunger and money.

Awful! Absolutely awful! In a town with the likes of White House Subs and Tony Balony's this place pales in comparison. The roll is too soft, the special sauce not good, and the meats were cut too thick. WAY OVERPRICED!!! The only positive was the made-to-order french fries; hot, and delicious, they were the bomb. I certainly expected better from Guy and am so very disappointed he would admit this is his creation. Will NOT be returning.
5/5 on experience and taste!! Guy's Sammich Joint is one of the restaurants that partners up with The Pool and offers delivery right to where you are seated, pool side! From placing the order to receiving the food, I don't believe we waited more then 30 minutes. The sandwiches itself did NOT disappoint. They are packed with flavor but I'd have to say that the BLT was probably one of the best BLTs, I've ever had - avocado, bacon, mayo, lettuce and tomato that seem to just melt in your mouth. They also toast the bread on the grill, probably in butter, which makes it so good (no complaints from me!!) I highly recommend coming here, because these sandwiches are the pick me up that you never knew you needed!

We were so disappointed. We watch Guy on TV, so we were excited to try this place. Don’t waste your money. The rib-eye cheese steak was so greasy the bun was falling apart and it’s taste was nothing special. The BLT’s bacon was so bad we couldn’t even chew some of the pieces. It was not good. The fries weren’t even seasoned. Two sandwiches and Fries = 45$My husband says he doesn’t want to watch any of Guy’s shows after this.

I wish I looked at this before I ordered the veggie burger. It was disgusting. It was literal mush. Worst thing I’ve had in a restaurant in my life. Cannot believe they are serving that.

Went here at 1130 at night the woman at the register was very pushy to order fast so she can close out which she still had 30 minutes to do as they close at midnight anyway I ordered the cheesesteak and it was not to be as expected from a place with a food professionals name on it the meat was overcooked and there was hardly any meat on the sandwich my wife had the Cuban sandwich and it as well had very little meat on it they also gave me the wrong sandwich before I got my cheesesteak. If I was Guy Fieri I wouldn’t put my name on this establishment
