The food is a bit expensive but I ordered the loaded fries for about $12 and it was worth it !! It came with so much food and fried chicken on top. I shared it with another person and it was filling, definitely enough for both of us! Other things on the menu were much more expensive but reasonable for being inside the resort. This is a convenient location near two hotel towers with both booth and chair seating.

I ordered food from Caesars Eats and choose this restaurant. As soon as I submitted the request, I received an text/email back saying the place was closed. I checked my credit card and it was pending, 2 days later, it was charged. I texted Guy's and they said it wouldn't go through even though I said it was posted. I kept contacting them and they no longer are returning the messages. I contacted Harrahs billing. After 6 days, they are having trouble with Guy's refunding me the money. Just be careful people.

No line on a Friday night! Just had to try their BLT. Service was friendly, and my order was ready within 5 minutes! Will definitely try the other sandwiches soon!

First time trying this place and I LOVED IT! The food was fresh, delicious and filling. The cheesesteak was huge, only took a picture of half and the burger was yummy. When I took a bite of the burgers, it was like I was on an episode of diners, drive-ins and dives!

Awful! Absolutely awful! In a town with the likes of White House Subs and Tony Balony's this place pales in comparison. The roll is too soft, the special sauce not good, and the meats were cut too thick. WAY OVERPRICED!!! The only positive was the made-to-order french fries; hot, and delicious, they were the bomb. I certainly expected better from Guy and am so very disappointed he would admit this is his creation. Will NOT be returning.

5/5 on experience and taste!! Guy's Sammich Joint is one of the restaurants that partners up with The Pool and offers delivery right to where you are seated, pool side! From placing the order to receiving the food, I don't believe we waited more then 30 minutes. The sandwiches itself did NOT disappoint. They are packed with flavor but I'd have to say that the BLT was probably one of the best BLTs, I've ever had - avocado, bacon, mayo, lettuce and tomato that seem to just melt in your mouth. They also toast the bread on the grill, probably in butter, which makes it so good (no complaints from me!!) I highly recommend coming here, because these sandwiches are the pick me up that you never knew you needed!

Amazing Buffalo chicken sandwich! The bread was so good and fresh, the sandwich had pickled cucumbers and onions for extra crunch, the chicken seemed off the bone and super fresh, with excellent sauce on top. A great sandwich to split after the pool!

Food here is amazing, everything is cooked and prepared fresh, so it takes a couple more minutes then crap fast food, but it's worth the wait. Get the fries they're crispy and BOMB! And the staff was super nice and dealt with all of my menu questions!!! Got it 3 times while we stayed at Harrahs
Very overpriced and bad quality. I got the chicken parm hot sandwich. Bread is smashed and chewy, chicken is extremely rubbery and barely resembles real chicken. Fries are ok but pretty soggy and extremely greasy.

I always make it a point to review on Yelp when I have a positive experience; it is so easy to complain when things do not go according to plan and in this case everything was perfect. I was at Harrah's for Valentine's Day weekend; the restaurants were booked due to the obvious. Guy's Sammich joint was surprisingly empty so we went there; TWICE in one day. For lunch we each got bacon burgers with fries; for dinner, the BLT salad. We were very happy with both; great portions and fresh ingredients. The only thing better than the food was their staff. Carmen Gonzalez ran the ship with class; the kitchen crew seemed very happy. The venue was extremely clean; I will be returning on my next trip for sure.

For some reason on yelp/google it says this place is temporarily closed, which it isn't. But after eating there Tonight with my girlfriend i believe it should be permanently closed. Not only did her BUFF chick sandwhich come on stale bread and have hair in it, but thE meat was of the lowest quality and quite honestly tasted like something I might feed to my dog. On top of this the fries were very soggy and subpar, they were just thrown into a paper bag with nothing else and by the time we were able to bring food to our room (covid), the bag we were given to carry in had basically dissolved from the moisture and fries were falling out. To top things off I purchased the #8 which was called the "real deal cheesesteak" but let me tell you , it should be called the fake deal cheesesteak because it SUCKED. There was next to no cheese on the sandwhich, leaving it primarily dry. On top of this the sandwhich was suppose to come with peppers and onions. There were no peppers, and tho there were onions, they weren't chopped and were essentially an onion cut in 4 pieces. So your bite had either no onion, or ALLLLLLL onion like essentially a whole onion. Oh and the bread was stale!! I won't be back!!!

Just got a chicken Parmesan sandwich , bread is stale, few days old and chicken is processed meat , just like a shoe sole! Am afraid of opening the Italian sandwich , must be using same stale hoagie , figure it's Guy Fierri joint ... Aka sloppy Joe!
