Dinner was a special occasion. French onion soup came out barely luke warm. Chocolate cake was not available for another 1.5 hours at 5:30 when we were finishing our meal. Several desserts were also not available. On the upside the steaks and the the sweet potato and creamed spinach were good and our server was super friendly and apologetic.

The steak at Ruth Chris is usually very good . But this time both my wife and my meals were over cooked and certainly not up to the stat that I've had in the past. Nor I who've sent it back but being Easter Sunday I y not in the mood to deal with it.
Jill, our server, was amazing. She catered to all of us and was very attentive to my sons (one of whom is nonverbal). She made our first time here a great experience as we celebrated my mother's bday. Definitely a time to remember!!
Not the old overpriced Ruth Chris of the past, this place was great! It was modern in design and food choices. The prix fix menu makes it affordable for any day of the week. The food was extremely tasty. We both had the filet which was cooked perfectly. We will definitely go back!

The food was excellent, especially the steak!! We had the porterhouse for 2. It was the best steak I ever had!! We also enjoy the appetizers, artichoke dip and crab benignets, and for dessert peanut butter cake!! For us, this was a special occasion and not normal to spend this much on a meal. Because of the service and food, I would recommend if you want treat yourself to something special!!

The best Rib eye steak anywhere! I had the Cowboy Rib eye steak and it was great as usual. It was cooked to perfection and was very flavorful. The service was excellent. We were not rushed and had a great dinner experience.

Far and away, the worst service my father and I have received anywhere. We were ignored by server. Crazy long wait just for a refill. Can't believe how unprofessional this place is. All the way around. Manager, I assume never even walked by our table. Just a really terrible vibe. We are never coming back. I think AC is doomed.

We had picked this restaurant for my husband's birthday because he wanted to tomahawk steak. When we try to order it . It was sold out . Then they had us sitting outside in a tent, which had a lot of wind that night that we can feel coming through. Our waiter was very nice and generous but he was very slow. We would have to wait 20 minutes to get our round of drinks. My reservations was at 8:30. We did not eat until 1030pm waiting all that time to order our food order order our drinks and wait for the food so we could eat. Which I can say the food was very tasty, but in general I wouldn't eat here again. At least not in this location.

All I can think about is the STEAK! When that steak came out of the plate sizzling...OMG. The cutting the steak was like putting a knife through butter. The crab fried rice was a little salty for us but it was still good. The service was superb. From the hostess to the manager. Everyone was friendly and the best customer service ever. When you walked in, you could not tell you were in Atlantic City.
I hosted a group of 6 guests and when we placed our orders, the waiter came back twice to tell us they didn't have a certain cut of steak that was ordered (which he recommended us to get). He then returned again to advise there were no more lyonnaise potatoes (which he also recommended). Other than being out of those items, the food was great and ambiance was event better.

Let me tell you something. Ruth Chris has provided me with the most pleasurable dining experience I have ever had. The food was phenomenal. The service phenomenal. The staff phenomenal. Everything about my visit was just amazing. Yes it is pricey but for the food and service you receive but honestly you get beyond what you paid for. My girlfriend and I ordered the lobster tail and it was some of the best lobster tail I ever had. We both got the Mango Strawberry Mojito and it was just perfect, I could have drank 10 of them. Our server Kelly was phenomenal. She was running around all night doing her best tending to every table and I just felt she really took care of us during our visit and provided us with some of the best service I have ever received at any establishment. I would have tipped her $1,000 if I could. The Staff in general was absolutely amazing. Everyone there was so helpful, and so friendly. I forgot my debit card at the table at the end of the night and the restaurant called me four times and sent me a message on open table, I am beyond grateful for that. Overall if you are looking for a place to eat great food, great drinks, with a great vibe, and phenomenal service then Ruth's Chris is a must. I will most definitely be going back.
So i was surprised at the service after reading the great reviews Our glasses were dirty & our waiter took a while to greet us and come back to check our order My steak wasn't prepared right and when i asked for it to be changed it came back burnt Food was still good but not that serious
