So I actually wanted to like this place after a coworker told me how great he thought the sandwiches were however, after walking from Hard Rock Casino here I ordered a steak sandwich 10ozI asked that they put half cheese and half not. The young blond lady with black glasses outright refused saying it would make it two different sandwiches. Unbelievable in this day & age she would actually refuse a custom to exclude an add on to a sub sandwich where the cheese actually goes on top. I wasn't even asking for extra something I was asking for less. So sad a simple request from a customer couldn't be accommodated at a sub shop which is normally how that works.The young curly haired boy at the register just was there to ring up had no idea when I asked was it a 10oz steak his response was 'I suppose". If you're ringing people up you need to know.Update: my husband went to speak to her upon me returning as he couldn't believe it she then gave him swiss cheese wrapped in aluminum foil.So see this is my issue when I asked can they please add cheese on just one side why not do it then when I ordered why do it only after the customer is upset and has to come back with sandwich.1. Terrible customer service2. Unnecessary hassle ti just give it anyway cold and not melted in so yes now the sandwich tasted terrible not hot and melted as it should have been

Bought a Ham Salami with Provolone Oil Vinegar and Hot Peppers. Absolutely THE WORST SUB I've eaten in my 52 year life. I had about 4 bites and threw it out. And the person who rang my order out said the Subs just like THE WHITE HOUSE SUB.??? Please don't disrespect The White House. Also they don't clean anything up where customers eat complete Pig Pen. Sub was dry as hot sand too.Stay Away! Place is FILTHY

two days in a row got our order wrong first day bacon was raw couldn't eat it. second day asked for well done pork roll with cheese received uncooked pork roll with eggs which I didn't order. two days in a row wasted our money used to be good food. get people that take your order know what there doing. very disappointed in service and food.will find somewhere else to go.

Got the new food and order was wrong again, and lady with short blonde curls said I OWE them more money for them messing up my order. All while eating behind the line as well (unsanitary). DO NOT BOOK. When it says non-updated room for 300 a night you don’t immediately think it actually means filthy. Arrived to hotel to find rude check in staff. Got to room to find nothing but dirt on everything. Pills on the floor, grime over everything, stench of mold( because there is mold throughout the room), and holes in the ceiling where lights should be but aren’t ?. I’ve stayed in 10 dollar a night hostels that have been cleaner. Not to mention the king we reserved and paid for somehow turned into two double beds and no way to fix it that night cuz they are oversold. A short walk around the casino bar revealed not a single table cleaned from piled up empty drinks, the “food court” not having a single cleared table to sit and eat the piece of pizza (which I would say is about the only decent thing about this place). Stench of weed soon as you get off elevator to room floor, music blaring outside of window until 2:30 in the morning, walls paper thin and hear plain as day conversations. Save your money, and probably your health, and stay away from here.

Received a flyer about a promo room. My husband realized I needed a night away and made the reservation - CONFIRMING a comp room, King size bed in the new tower for two nights. We arrived on Friday and were told "there are rooms available in the new tower, but they could give us a room with two beds in the Dennis tower. I knew that was an old tower and asked for a different tower we were told it was "the only tower available". we had no choice and took the room. As soon as we stepped off the elevator, the stench of pot was overwhelming. The 9th floor had a musty odor smell. The view faced the beach, just above...the Yard. There were two beds, no headboards and three pillows on each bed. The furniture is old, broken scratched and the closet rods are made for children. Don't think about bringing dresses that need to be hung up. The bathroom...the bathroom. not sure what to even say about it. It has a tub, with a wired phone on the wall. The sink will hold the soap. No place to put toiletries. We left everything in the suitcases and hit the floor. We received a comp for food that could be used in some eating places. but no all. The "restaurant" on the upper floor closed....at 2:00 p.m. The casino has smoking and non smoking machines..........however, they are literally next to each other. as an asthmatic, it made it difficult to play a decent machine. We had to go to the car and bring out the covid masks! Its difficult to get a beverage as there were not hosts working...or they were in another area of the casino. At 10:00 or so, we decided to get some sleep. When we got into our room, the music was deafening, that it overtook the small TV that is in the room. I called down to the front desk and was told the Yard plays the music until 2:30 a.m. I complained and they offered a $20.00 voucher for the inconvenience. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told I had to go down to see them. I was already out of my street clothes and asked they come to the room. I was hung up on. We got dressed and went to the front desk and checked out and drove back home. The manager explained that "they have no control over the Yard". I responded but you do have control over the rooms. If you know they are playing, why make that room available. Avoid that place at all costs. its a case of bait and switch... because if we wanted a new tower, we could pay for it. I will try to upload the pictures and video as soon as my phone is charged.

This hotel was terrible. The entire hotel is outdated . Carpets in the halls were filthy and main areas had duct tape on them ! rooms are outdated with brown mold on shower curtain and grout in bathroom . It is inexcusable what they are charging for this considering Caesar’s is renovated and the same price.
