The atmosphere inside this Starbucks is very dull but the volume of people that they bring in here there's no tables other than outside it's finally see the bathroom is open very low staff but always friendly

Agree w other reviews. Service was so slow and not worth the wait. Requesting tipping in advance at check out, when you haven't even been served yet and on top of which the service was slow??? Tip jars are fine, but electronic tipping doesn't all go to the people that earned it and takes a long time to get to the staff member. If you like your service, tip in cash to the person you want to receive it.

Inside a store, it was a very large, upscale one won delicious displays and Christmas gift items displayed. (I had to get a ceramic latte cup for both my daughter and myself)

Merry Christmas...well I informed her I didn't want the coffee any one and give me my money back...I'll never be back again....I was the only one there!!!!They might as well close the store like everything else in Atlantic CityUnionize!!!!!!!!

Terrible service! I stood in line for 15 minutes and was never waited on. Two employees working the counter walked away from the counter several times. I finally walked away from line after I spent 5 minutes standing at the counter with 5 people in line behind me and no one at the counter. Wasted my time!

The staff is always friendly and welcoming at the Atlantic City Tanger Outlets location, and they go above and beyond to make the best drinks. I wish there was a place to sit inside, but aside from that, the store is well organized and the team works well together.Wheelchair accessibility: Although there are ramps nearby, the doors are not accessible. You may need someone to manually open the door for you.

They ordered a chai tea latte. They made it without adding any sweetener. I asked them to add whatever they needed to add to make it sweet. They said they don't use any syrup or sweetener in the chai tea latte. I told them I order this drink all the time and never had any issue with the sweetness. They looked at me like I was crazy and asked me if I wanted sugar lol. I will never come back to this place ever again.

What a big change from when I used to go a year ago. The place is a mess. You have enough staff, but they are just standing around. And not cleaning the table area. Sugar and milk, and napkins and straw wrappers, and stirrers laying all around the tables, no where to stand to prepare your coffee. Out of stock. The in employees were not talkative, no communication, no smile, and the drinks were not even made right. And I do not want to start with the bathroom, nasty, no toilet paper, no soap, floors and toilets disgusting. They really need to get better employees or train them a little more. That place is a hot mess!!

Staying in Tropicana. Prices are a disgrace for a coffee, as is, but to charge $26 for a beverage should guarantee it is made to Starbucks standard. I love Starbucks and was happy they are located in this hotel. I thought maybe it was just the staff on that shift, so we tried again in the morning. Do yourself a favor and walk down to Ceasars. Unless you want to waste your $ and time in endless lines to pay outrageous prices for a rude barista to make your drink wrong several times over (which btw, this is a menu item ordered without any special instructions) Starbucks should require their employees to know how to make their drinks. I promise you they do not! They made a cold drink twice over when I requested a cappuccino. I saw them grab a plastic cup to make my drink for the 2nd time and said "it's a hot drink you're making for me right?" The response was "yes" yet it was a frozen drink. I felt as if someone was gonna approach me to say I was on some sort of prank show! It was that ridiculous of a situation. I drank the frozen drink at that point the whole ordeal wasted 45 mins of my life! This morning this is what I got. A Luke warm, maybe hot chocolate?? I ordered a cappuccino. Pretty basic! This is what my drink looked like with one tiny sip taken out of it before opening the lid to find this not even half full mess! I am sure Starbucks is aware that this location, the employees are not up to their standards. If not they should send some secret shoppers before these ones kill their business. If I am complaining it is pretty bad. I normally wouldn't bother with writing a review and just go elsewhere, passively. But this was a disgrace to Starbucks and I love my Starbucks!!
