Ordered a small plain Pike Place. It was fresh and strong like it should be. Associate greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was kind and pleasant to deal with. Sugar and half&half to make my coffee were stocked. Perfect experience.

Horrible customer service. Takes 60 minutes (1 hour) to make one simple drink. Treated customers so terribly. Workers were rude and had a catchy attitude. Came with a family member, but we were ordering separately because I wanted to use my SB gift card. When I tried to order they completely ignored me and walked off even after I said “excuse me” 3 times. Workers did not know how to do their job and kept asking other workers for assistance. The person who takes orders at the front of line did not know what to do and messed up peoples orders. Workers are very loud and don’t pay any attention to their job. People who came in way after I did got their drink first. They ALSO RAN OUT OF MANY INGREDIENTS AND CUPS/STRAWS!!! How pathetic. Running a business and not having the main ingredients needed. The drink ended up not being not very good, it was the worst I have ever received from Starbucks. I am nice to even give up to 1 star. They need better trainers to help the workers. This place is TERRIBLE. DO NOT come here. Save your time and money to go somewhere else that has better customer service.
