Baristas very accommodating but the manager would not let me move a table 5 feet to be out of direct sunlight to use my computer more easily. It should not be "we can't" about moving a table 5 feet but about "certainly sir" for customer service.

I love Starbucks but this location is awful. A double espresso is a single shot and smells very weird like maybe they don’t clean the machine but it has an odd smell to it.. not to mention I got an iced drink and who knows if it even has espresso in it. Just doesn’t take good. Another thing is this location charges 10$ for a medium handcrafted drink. That is utterly insane. I’ve paid regular prices at other Starbucks for better drinks and service.

The drinks I ordered were made right. I didn't like the tables were all dirty. Lines were long. There was a guy laying down sleeping on one of the booth. It looks like chaotic scene in there.

Do not order anything iced! I am a LONG time customer of Starbucks, so I know how much liquid/ice ratio there is, but the amount of coffee in my iced drink was laughable. I purchased a cup of ice, literally!!

This starbucks should be embarrassed charging for water. My mother needed to drink her meds after her coffee. We spend $30 in coffee and the cashier said there's a $1 charge for the water. A dollar is not much agree but since when Starbucks charge for water shame on you.

So, my wife and I just went here to get a nice regular coffee before going back to our room. It was 9:40 PM on a Friday night, 20 minutes before posted closing time. The only person in the venue informed us that he was out of coffee for the night. He didn't have any made and it would take 5-10 minutes to make a fresh pot and didn't want to clean the pots again. Mind you, they are opened for another 20 minutes.I know he wanted to go home at the end of his shift, but this is unacceptable. Why stay open until 10 if your coffee runs out at 9:15?This is an extremely bad look for Ocean Casino. EPIC FAIL.
