Negative vibe. The employee didn’t even look or said anything and I didn’t feel welcome. One of the most annoying subway ever. They didn’t listen half of the order I said and just looked down and kept doing it. He seemed mad having a customer in. Not coming back again. Subway should take their employee training seriously and hire some people who deserve to work.

On 1/3/24 I visited this Subway store. Unfortunately, from the moment I entered the store, my experience was far from pleasant. I was the only customer in the store, and despite my presence, it took 10 minutes for the employee to acknowledge my presence and assist me.To make matters worse, I intended to place an online order to earn rewards, but I noticed that the online ordering feature had been disabled as soon as the staff became aware of my attempt. so, I was forced to place my order directly at the store.Upon attempting to order a Spicy Italian on a footlong, the employee informed me that such a sandwich did not exist and tried to upsell me on a different option which I knew was not true. Furthermore, when requesting a regular portion of cheese, I was given extra cheese without my consent. To add to the frustration, I was informed that I would be charged extra for the additional cheese, even though I had specifically asked for the standard portion.The employee proceeded to remove the excess cheese using a fork that appeared unclean and as if it had been sitting around. As if these issues were not enough, upon leaving the store, I realized that the online ordering feature had mysteriously been reactivated, confirming my suspicion that it was intentionally turned off during my visit.To make matters worse, when I opened my sandwhich at home I saw a piece of hair inside so I had no option but to discard of the sandwhich for sanitary purposes.I cannot help but feel disappointed and frustrated by the treatment I received during this visit. While I understand that mishaps can occur, it is concerning to believe that the online ordering feature was manipulated for potential financial gain. I am unsure if corporate Subways receives a cut from orders placed online, but this experience has left me with a strong sense of dissatisfaction.As a customer who came to spend hard-earned money, I should not be treated with such disregard. In light of this, I intend on submitting a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau to ensure that others do not endure a similar experience.

We had a veg foot long. The sub was served really well, exactly as we wanted and the sandwich bread and veg was exceptionally fresh. On top, we got extra free fresh cookies after we got one. Friendly staff.
Dirty place .Very rude staff .not a hello or a goodbye.Empty sandwich for 12.00 .with a drink 15.00.They can keep their bad food and bad attitudes.I will never step foot in this place again.

We ordered two sandwiches and were very disappointed that they were made on stale, at least one day old bread. They probably don’t bake everyday, or are just trying to cut corners by not throwing away yesterdays unsold bread. Either way, freaking sucked.
