I'm beyond impressed with this incredible hotel. From start to finish, top to bottom, this resort is sublime. The service from the moment we pulled up to the valet was superb. We highly recommend valet which was only $40 for the whole weekend. We arrived at 5:30pm on a Friday night in December. No line to check in. I had booked the super saver option- I booked early so I saved tons. I figured with such savings we'd be in a low floor, no view room. Boy was I wrong. 30th floor, second room from the end overlooking the beautiful Atlantic ocean! The rooms are huge! And clean! And so well-appointed. While there, we not only had a great time but won over $100 on the penny slots! Not only will we be back but I plan on checking out more Hard Rock hotels and resorts due to this awesome stay!

First time staying here. In town for a conference. I found my room to be huge and clean. I had a nice ocean view as well. The food we had for the conference was surprisingly good. As you can imagine most times conference food is subpar but everything I had was really good. We had apps last evening which all were tasty. Breakfast was delicious and lunch was better, I'm shocked. I did have one issue last evening, my room was hot. I usually crank the AC down at hotels. I did but woke up miserable. Room wouldn't cool below 72. I figured maybe they had AC off since its November. My coworker said her room was nice and chilly. So when they texted me in the morning about cleaning my room I mentioned the AC. They apologized and sent folks right up to fix the issue. Great service. I came back this evening to a chilly room. Lobby bar has a nice happy hour until 6pm which I hit. Only downside was the check in. We waited nearly 45 minutes in line to check in. But all in all I'm impressed. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in AC.

(No overnight stay was done or feeding at any of the venues. This was an in and out at the Etess Arena to see the Doobie Brothers 50th Anniversary show.)In a different lifetime, I saw a lot of concerts all over the place but in particular in AC at venues that still exist and at ones that are long gone (The Grand Theatre at the Hilton or The Copa Room at The Sands). The one thing this experience reminded me is that no matter where you go in AC to see a show, things always turn into a shitshow at some point and here it's with crowd control. To keep it simple: The show is scheduled for 8 and at 7:45 they probably have let's generously say 500-750 people queued in front of the main entrance - around the corner past the actual box office and backed up enough that you hit a wall as soon as you get off the escalator from the 2nd floor. Of course, there's no direction from any staff or security as to what's going on and people are beginning to shit the bed about missing the start of the show. Finally, at 8pm the line begins to move, and security starts barking orders telling people how/where they should queue up to have their tickets scanned. We finally get to our seats 8:15 with people still pouring in all around us and within 30 seconds, out go the lights and the band hits the stage to Take Me in Your Arms.?? number of people missed the beginning of the show due to the incompetence of the Hard Rock staff at basic communication and crowd management.I hope to see a few more shows with what's left of my hearing but it sure as hell won't be here. Way, way too complicated and stupid.

First time in Atlantic City and at the Hard Rock Casino. Really liked the rooms and decor. The art gallery on the main floor was really cool as well. Hard Rock Cafe food is ok but better selections elsewhere. Played some blackjack in the casino but no luck this day.

What's Up! Is the Hard Rock Casino/ Hotel in Atlantic City. They got lots of Rock & Roll memorabilia, Kiss , Lenny Kravitz, Pink, Styx, etc. The Decor is on point. I Luv the giant Guitar over the escalator near Rewards Desk. This casino offers upscale restaurants & a buffet in rear of hotel. So, it's something for everyone's taste. Promos for the serious gamblers. Sweet! I recommend this Casino

Atlantic City has a soft spot in my heart, when we first got married, we struggled a lot and we couldn't go away because the kids were small, and no one would watch them. So, we could only afford atlantic city resorts, they always had specials and promotions. The food around Atlantic city was affordable. Then came Hard rock hotel and casino, huge, beautiful casino and hotel. Many, many choices of food available. downstairs and upstairs. It's such a fun ambiance especially in the Lobby bar, they have live music and drinks. You just have a great time!! The service is good, staff are very friendly and attentive. The casino and the hotel are kept very clean, and I can't complain even with the smoking areas its kept well ventilated. I totally recommend you stay a day or two to enjoy the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.

Staff is courteous and friendly. Facility is clean. Lots of cool rock paraphernalia everywhere you go. Buffet is decent. Many different types of food to satisfy most any appetite. Dessert bar is great.

Beautiful hotel, rough neighborhood, great food, great housekeeping, quick response and repair to broken fixture in room . The shopping and food were pretty pricey and Coke is always better than Pepsi. Several New York and New Jersey people lived up to the less-than-friendly reputation!

Very clean, friendly, helpful if needed. Great selection of slots. Gaming floor is big enough that you don’t feel crowded out. Seating is good around slots. Enjoy all the food selections on the 2nd floor. Priced very well. Just an all out great casino to stay at and play.
