Because a member of our group got kicked out, our entire party got kicked out although we had just ordered a second round of bottle service and did not cause any problems while in our VIP table for the last 2 hours. The security personnel were rude and unprofessional. One of them put her hands on both me and my husband trying to prove authority. She called me names and used curse words. The manager did not look at CCTV when asked nor did he give us a discount on the brand new bottle that we did not have the opportunity to drink. Instead he poured some unknown substance in a to go container and offered it to us which we respectfully declined because the bottle was not labeled as to what was inside. We Will take the matter into higher up hands as well as CC company to dispute it because the way we were treated were both unfair and out of line. Avoid this place at all cost!

Maybe RACISM.. I’m actually a real estate investor who own properties in Atlantic City, I live in Manhattan Ny so clubbing and dress code is not new to me. I respect the dress code policy wherever I go however I think the promoters or casino should hire better people at the door, I was there for this past Super Bowl event as i approached the door the guy at the door was busy in a conversation when I asked politely was this the entrance being that during the day people entered threw the back.. he kept on with his conversation as if he didn’t hear me.. I then proceeded to walk in when he then tells me I need a ticket.. I showed him the ticket then proceeded to security as I’m going threw security the guy at the door comes in and tells security ohhh I didn’t see his boots and told security it’s up to them if they want to let me in.. first off sir these are $400 shoes not to mentioned I wore these same shoes right here at the pool party 2 days before to see james Kennedy Dj.. the security was cool I went in and enjoyed my night. What’s funny is I get in and see people swimming in the pool (( which they don’t always allow )) and I see people with hats, sneakers and jackets in the pool area.. once again I’m in investor in the AC short term rental market I know they usually make people check in hats and jackets in the lobby. Abit odd your telling me about my $400 boots while people are barefoot jumping in the pool, guys are wearing dirty sketcher sneakers and have jackets on.. Once again i was just there Saturday night with the same shoes on.. I don’t allow people who stand at doors dictate my fun or outcome nor do I believe that’s the intention of Harrahs or whoever runs the after dark pool party, so I can’t fault them however I’m just putting my experience out there !!!

Me and 5 friends went here on a Friday night to celebrate my birthday. We paid the cover charge for all of us. They then checked our ID's. To my surprise, my license expired 4 days ago. They refused to let me in. I asked for my money back and they responded "No". They said I could go online to renew my license but that they wouldn't except the email confirmation as ID, that it had to be a printed version (which makes zero sense). Even police will accept electronic copies of anything. Furthermore, where at the pool would I even have access to a printer? I said I'm not going to allow you people to rob me and 1 of the security guards told another guard to "Get him outta here". I said I'll happily leave once you give me back my money and suggested to him to call the police. He then tries to explain that they go through a 3rd party company for their cover charges, which is fine but perhaps you should check ID's before charging people to begin with. The charge had to be disputed with my bank. The treatment I received was disrespectful and uncalled for. I will NEVER return and would even consider avoiding Harrah's all together since they allow treatment like this to begin with in their Casino. These bouncers think who the hell they are for some strange reason. It's very bizarre. Total disgrace.

I spent over $40 for a ticket in, I was let in with no problems and once I spent two minutes inside the club I was thrown out for wearing timberlands. The host told me there was no problem with my outfit and I was fine and the moment I asked for a refund he did not help me at all. If you go to this club don’t be surprised if they give you a hard time for no reason because I’ve seen it happen to more people than just myself. Save your money and go someplace better. Horrible people

I had fun with my husband celebrating my birthday! We also came 4 years ago and had a blast. I was also in there in the past for a bachelorette party. I appreciate you guys for accommodating us!

Love From Above

We have been coming to Harrahs to bring in the new year for the last couple of years we always enjoy ourselves! My one only complaint is how nasty the bathrooms are! After spending over a $1000 for a vip section there’s no way I should feel like I’m going to catch something! Wet dirty floors , piles of toilet tissue all over the bathroom floors, no toilet paper to use, just totally unacceptable for the money that we’re paying we expect a nice clean safe environment! Having staff to regularly clean the bathrooms during heavy crowded times would really be nice!

The setup and everything is nice but it only caters to certain races. This was my 2nd time there and they never play any hip hop or Rnb music. The last time they played a bunch of Dominican music and because there were 10 black ppl there we heard 2 hip hop songs. They need to embrace all cultures. The price in the weekend is ridiculous. I stayed in the hotel it should have been covered under the resort fee.

1. Hotwater was horrible in my room. Couldnt use the bathtub. Sometimes its cool and sometimes its warm/hot.2. The pool was suppose to be free. I paid the resort fee. Suppose to be included. They charge guest $10 per person during the week and $30 per person on the weekend. Line was too long at guest services to complain. No where was pool charges advertised: not on website or in hotel except at pool. You also need i.d. for the pool and cc only. Sorry cash people no pool for you.

Dj was great. They kicked my friend out for no reason. She was drinking and dancing, but kicked her out because they thought she was too drunk. Don’t serve drinks if you don’t want someone to get drunk. Worst security and service I’ve ever received.

The pool party was a terrible experience and I wish we didn't go. The staff acted like they were doing us a favor despite us spending a lot of money (1200+) there. We had one security guard non-stop staring at our table and running to yell at us if someone as much as put their knee on the bed. We got told that they would ask us to leave when we weren't even doing anything disruptive. The music and the whole atmosphere was disappointing. Save your money and don't support this venue.

Both day time and night time we saw numerous large roaches around the pool. I get things happen but when you’re spending thousands on bottle service, the last thing you want is a roach on you… which yes it did happen and was extremely gross. Many bartenders and servers are extremely nice, but the security team is extremely unprofessional and rude. After being falsely accused of insulting someone by a random person who was clearly starting issues with random groups of people(not just us) the response from security was to ask if I should be escorted to my room? Not even look into what this person was saying, not the fact that I had never even been where this person was saying the issue occurred? Or even the fact that we had spent quite a bit of money on bottle service here and were polite and friendly with everyone to the point where other staff and bartenders were basically friends at the end of the night… still the security guard’s first response is to say to escort me back to my room? I don’t think Borgata, Ocean resort or any other casino treats their “vip” customers this way… nor has roaches at the vip tables or at the pool..Needless to say we’ll take our business there next time instead.

I love to get down and dirty with workers. They truly fulfil all my needs. The stress relief is out of this world.
