The crab cake is a bit small for the sandwich, but the taste is not bad. They provided quite a lot of napkins and sauces in the box too. The cashier was nice and didn't overcharge me for the 'extra' fries I ordered with the sandwich, as it was included in the meal. Nice location near Caesars and shopping center, and best convenient seafood restaurant I could find on the Boardwalk.

Walk the AC boardwalk looking for something good to eat. Came upon this spot which food smelled really good.. So I reviewed menu and ask questions which was answer. So I decided on the fried seafood combo. The wait wasn't long for food to be ready and I couldn't wait to eat due to I was so hungry!. Once I open the box everything look so good but then to my surprise. As I started to eat the food wasn't as good as it smelled. It was frozen seafood that you get at the market in the boxes that be in the freezer. Please dont waste your money..It's not fresh seafood!! Which I asked this question before placing my order and they said yes!!! The French fries were frozen as well and taste like card board. Not to mention they gave me a fish cake instead of a crab cake! Just plain nasty frozen seafood thrown in grease!!!

Overpriced, small portions. Boring packaged tarter sauce. Nothing special. No care. Go somewhere else.

Horrible experience at 7:50 today the manager of the shack Atlantic City location saw me sipping a Henny piña colada and open her window to yell at me to check my iD because the cashier only check one person ID for the drink so she through I was some little girl when I had my id in my hand the hold time so it can be check but instead I get yell at in front all the customers who was waiting for there order for no reason instead of apologizing she just closed her window and assume she was right for her action she could of said in a more acceptable approach like she could of call me over and ask politely. I felt so upset about the hold experience because I'm dark skin. she to attack me and look young.I deserve respect. When I way over the age 21 in older to drink.

I stopped here with my lovely Aunts. I tried the sauteed crab cake. It was so good and had so much flavor! I also purchased the souvenir coconut drink. They could have made it stronger since the price is so high. My overall experience was good and I would definitely revisit this place.

They've been closed for awhile and just reopen this summer. The food smells so good. Clam strips come as expected, as good as we got in a previous year. Fried Crab cakes add on ($7.99 each) are disappointing. They need to redo the recipe. It's more like croquette with potatoes and onion. I barely taste the crab. Wonder if sautéed crab cake would be the same. Lobster roll is okay. I just can't taste the sweetness of the lobster. Fries are quite soggy. I have no problem with the service. It closes at 11pm. No rush for late folks.

I purchased the seafood combo, it comes with fish cake, scallops, crab cake, shrimp and fries. I paid .50 for old bay on the fries (should come with it?) the scallops were good! The shrimp were the same as the boxed shrimp you buy at a market. I enjoyed the crab cake! It was just the size of a silver dollar! The fries were average and the fish fillet was trash. It had way to much breading and tasted terrible! I paid $20 for a bunch of frozen not fresh fake seafood. I figured for the price of the food it should come in a attractive little packaging. Nope plain boxed lunch box, and a cheap Chinese store bag..smh this is not a place I will return to. I gave it a shot! It is not worth the money. If the items were fresh and not frozen resembling Store brought items, then I can see it being worth it. The shrimp are not worth it! The scallops are great! Everything else in the combo is Pure-D-Trash!

The Shack's Grilled Crabcake sandwich, Lobster Roll and French Fries were delicious! It's located right on the AC boardwalk. Our order was very hot and fresh. The only challenge was finding a place to sit and eat. We found a nearby bench to sit down relax and enjoy your meal. I highly recommend for a quick bite to eat on the boardwalk

When we arrived at Bally's, I just wanted something real quick to eat since we had a bingo tournament to go to in one hour at Caesars. So I go get 2 burgers, one for hubster and the other for me. When I get there I see 3 employees. I place my order, pay, and grab some napkins. I ask for ketchup and the woman who rang me up says "We don't have none." I could not believe it. You tell me one of these employees could not go get ketchup. The burger was just average and rather dry and the staff quite rude and unhelpful. I miss the place that was here before this when there were tables and western theme chairs. The menu used to be hotdogs, burgers, chicken and now it's tacos, nachos and burgers. I will never buy anything from here again. The employee did not apologize or try to get ketchup.

Ill start by saying I'm not much of a burger enthusiast. I generally thing they are dry or flavorless and I dont like rare meat anyway. well...HOLY CRAP! I got a burger here after wandering down from my room at Ballys around 1am. I didnt want to leave the hotel alone so late so I took a chance here. Ladies and Gentlemen, the cashier was nice and cracked jokes with me even though I'm sure she'd already had the longest day. We chatted out our kids and the anime convention going on with all the people in costume. The staff here should be acknowledged after working a long day and still exuding warmth and friendliness with superb service. The burger was literally one of the best I've had in my life and I regret not going back the following night LOL. I look forward to going back next year for the burgers and conversation.

Great burgers (although a bit small) for supposedly a quarter pounder burger. Fries delicious. Hot food prepared as you order
