Instantly recognized when I walked in and instantly accommodated for my order. I honestly have not been in a Mikes in quite awhile but I was very pleased with the experience ! Would recommend this place for lunch!

They randomly decided to close down early despite their public hours, then say they are low (not out) of bread and won’t serve the customers and it is a half hour before published closing time - no policy to do this, they just wanted to leave early. Mind you it takes 5 minutes to make a sub. No were sorry apology or talk to the manager later… they just didn’t care. Zero stars on service Matt.

"Recently, I had the displeasure of visiting Jersey Mikes and I must say, it was a complete disappointment. One of the most crucial ingredients, bacon, was not only rubbery but also clearly left out all day, uncovered. It is mind-boggling how something as basic as cooking bacon can be mishandled to such an extent.The taste and texture of the bacon were beyond subpar. It felt like chewing on a piece of unappetizing rubber rather than enjoying a flavorful and crispy treat. Not to mention the health concerns associated with leaving perishable food exposed for an extended period, which shows a serious lack of hygiene and food safety standards.As a customer, I expect my food to be prepared with care and attention to detail. The fact that such a simple task was botched reflects poorly on the professionalism and competence of the staff at Jersey Mikes It is unacceptable to serve bacon in this unacceptable condition.I urge potential customers to reconsider dining at Jersey Mikes unless they enjoy the taste of rubbery bacon and are willing to compromise their health for a subpar experience. There are plenty of other sub shops in the area that prioritize quality and customer satisfaction over negligence and mediocrity.It is my hope that Jersey Mikes takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better dining experience for future customers. Until then, I will steer clear of this establishment and encourage others to do the same."

Ordered dinner tonight, which I guess because it's 4/20 I should have been wary. Orders 2 sandwiches. A chicken Philly and buffalo chicken, I got either beef on both or spoiled chicken. All I know is both went in the trash after delivery. It was too late to get anything else as they closed already. So sad my dinner after a long day at work was ruined

I always loved the subs but this is the 2nd time I have gotten not so fresh bread. It literally ruins the whole sandwich. Atlantic Highlands both times

We are very disappointed lately in the accuracy of the order. We placed an order for 4 sandwiches tonite and 2 of them were incorrect. This is not the first time.

I ordered a veggie sub with peppers onions lettuce oil mayo etc..... they handed me a sub with LITERALLY only cheese inside... uncut... Atlantic Highlands
