Sadly they have closed, but their pies were terrific! He's reopening in Manhattan. When you taste the dough, and it's great, you can have a great pie!

My girlfriend and I visited for the first time on Sunday with lots of excitement and high hopes. We arrived at opening. One table was full and only two people were sitting at the bar. We waited near the door for 5 minutes to be seated while the two pizza cooks and the bartender made eye contact with us but never acknowledged us. At the 5 minute point the bartender yelled across the establishment does anybody need to place an order. I responded we would like to be seated if possible. He replied you have to order first. I asked to see a menu and received a hand gesture towards the front window sill. The menu had about five regular pizzas and a comment that said ask about the daily specials. I then walked over to the center of the bar waiting for the bartender to acknowledge me. After several minutes he once again loudly yelled across the restaurant Is there anybody looking to place an order. My girlfriend and I were clearly the only people in the restaurant who hadn't placed an order yet. I asked about the daily specials and he respondedyou can walk over to me if you want to hear about them.Despite feeling belittled, we followed his command and walked 8 ft over to where he was in the far back corner of the bar to be told about one special pizza. I then said I was no longer comfortable with the idea of patronizing this establishment. Rather than him asking me why or trying to resolve the matter, he rolled his eyes and grunted at me.I understand that your product is supposed to be of high quality and you are resting your laurels on that, but the overall customer experience matters. If you're not going to have a greeter please have signs that are easily visible which depict where to go to place an order and explain to place an order before being seated. Do not place the burden on your would be customers to decipher your unorganized establishment and then berate them for not doing so with perfect intuition the very first time they visit.A simple welcome to Una. When you're ready please come over here to view our menu and place an order then we will seat you promptlywould have gone a long way to create a positive first experience for my girlfriend and I at your establishment.

I will not spare all the details but what I'd like to recommend is that the owners reevaluate their customer service skills. Also, have some clear and concise instructions for your guests upon them either arriving or as soon as they step foot into the establishment about your ordering directions. My boyfriend and I walked out Sunday afternoon without even ordering, which was really unfortunate because we have been wanting to try this pizza for several months. I understand and get it, your pizza is allegedly amazing! But for those people who are just walking into your establishment for the first time, they need to know how to place an order and should also be warmly greeted. It's not just about your pizza quality, it's about the whole experience! It was very unorganized, chaotic, and it was poor judgement that people should just assume to know what to do when they walk in your doors. We were made to feel incompetent when asking simple questions about what to do, where to order, and how it all worked!

really amazing dough, definitely something to try in the world of pizza. i have to agree with some other reviewers that the restaurant could use a bit of organizing but if you’re a patient, friendly customer without a fear of talking to new ppl - you’ll be fine.

Heard good things about it so we gave it a try. First off I’m from Brooklyn so I know good pizza. We got there at 2. The place is small 6 tables. A small bar and a few window stools. A small hand printed sign tells you to order at the bar. Which I didn’t read because I never saw this before and I expected to a waiter or waitress would come to the table and take our order. So after we seated and figured out what was going on I got to the back of the line and waited to give our order. Two pies two beers. The cashier told the gentleman ahead of us , who was with his wife and two children it was an hour wait to be served. He left. I stepped up and ordered. We waited an hour and twenty minutes to get our food. Which when it came was under cooked and salty. I wouldn’t go back if the food was free and they threw in free beers.

I came here with very high expectations and it did not disappoint. It isn’t a true traditional Neapolitan pizza that adheres to the official standards but I have to say it’s better for it. Hands down the best Margherita pizza I’ve ever had.

Heard about this place and figured I give it a try. Walking in to the pizzeria, It wasn't apparent to me what to do. I walked up to the pizza counter by the oven and the owner, Anthony, told me to go to the bar to place my order. I went to the bar and sat down. No one helped me. There was a bearded gentleman on the phone who ignored us. He did not seem too swift. I later found out he is supposedly Anthony's business partner. We did finally ask him for a menu and placed our order for a Margarita Pie and a Lupini Bean appetizer. After a 40 minute wait, they called our name and we were handed a pizza box with a our pie. The pizza ingredients seem to be of high quality but the pie was doughy and probably needed to be cooked more! By the time we are and left, the wait for pizza was up to an hour! The girl working the bar was the only one who was helpful. I think Anthony better get his act together before he looses the top ratings he already received. Seems he needs more and better help and probably a second pizza oven! The Lupini and Fennel salad was excellent.

This is my second time here and it's worth the hype to me. If you're expecting your run of the mill $2.00 a slice pizzeria this ain't it. Briefly spoke with the owner and he welcomed all conversations with the customers even though he's busy making pizzas. The burrata special today was off the hook!

Pizza here is absolutely top notch. This place has been ranked as top 5 pizza restaurants is the United States and it clear why...fantastic service, delicious pizza from hand made dough and quality ingredients/toppings. Worth the trip if you're not local.

I want to start this off with a review of the dough. The dough is on another level, I've never had anything like it so I have nothing to compare it to it's just that good. With that said, I arrived at like 3pm (they open at 2) I ordered a margarita and a bianca pizza. It was a nearly 2 hour wait for the pizza. The shop itself "ran out of fresh dough) at around 4 pm. So, from 4 to 8 pm (their closing time) they aren't even able to take orders. When I first walked in, the first thing I noticed was the amazing air conditioning.... And no one there to greet us or tell us what to do next. Luckily I was paying attention and noticed a tiny sign on the pillar that directs us to the back wall next to the bar where we can place an order or pickup. I placed the order and realized there was no where to sit while I waited, so I went outside and sat on a bench in 90 degree weather for 2 hours so that I could try this pizza. After my 2 hour wait in 90 degree heat I got my pizza. It was ok, the dough was insane the ingredients were very fresh and high quality, but there were two leaves of basil on my margarita pizza... I couldn't even taste the basil it may as well have been a cheese pizza. So...TL:DR Amazing dough, high quality ingredients, not the greatest proportions, 2 hour wait after you order, out of fresh dough by 4pm, lack of customer service / sense of direction.
