Surprised by all of the stellar reviews on this place — it’s what made me visit. I got a medium sized milk tea with boba and it came out to $6.50, which is okay. I specifically asked for less/little ice since a lot of boba places I’ve been to like to fill the cup up with it completely. Being the only person there, I didn’t think the employee would forget my request. Unfortunately, my entire cup was full of ice and I barely had any tea in it; the majority of my bobas were stuck in the bottom of the ice as well. Will not go again as it seems that they were skimming on giving me more milk.

2nd time to visit. They have non dairy milk which is appreciated. The first time I ordered a Thai tea and with me ordered a dragonfruit green tea drink with dragonfruit popping bubbles. This time I got a taro milk tea and they got a taro Vietnamese iced coffee with boba. Everything has always been tasty. I have preferred the drinks that weren’t mine ? so now I am curious to try different things that aren’t typical. The woman that (likely) owns it was very sweet both times. Would like to try their food items sometime.Dietary restrictions: Non dairy options. I am caffeine sensitive and chose drinks that weren’t heavy on the tea.Parking: Three spots in front. Side street with parking.Kid-friendliness: First time a family was there. Great treats for kids to enjoy.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s a little tight but I think a wheelchair could roll into the location.

This place is awesome, we recently discovered this place and their brown sugar Boba is delicious. The service was wonderful and really friendly staff. Very homey and chill atmosphere. The tapioca balls still tasted really fresh even when they were about to close. The Italian ice mango was also ? ?

Such a cute little local shop that we didn’t even realize was so close to home! Right next to the train station, this tiny boba shop had one employee working who got everything done quickly, and was super nice to us. We got a free little bubble tea charm with our purchase. The Thai tea and strawberry raspberry fruit tea were great! The food was also very good. She gave us a sample of a green tea she had made for free, which was so kind. A nice local spot to come to.

Another happy accidental discovery. I was scouting the neighborhood for properties and came across this cute little place in the middle of a neighborhood. At first I thought, wow, this is not the best location to have a business…but I’m happy it was there. The owner is a young Vietnamese gal who has an amazing personality. The walls are covered with manga (anime drawings) which is so cool. I love the fact that this young lady is so passionate about making boba, coffee, tea etc. I will go there just to support her business and hope it thrives.(Pssst: she makes great tasting Boba, by the way!!!)
