Do not waste your time. Ordered chicken parm hoagie. Its chicken tenders loaded in roll that is wet. Never toasted. Asked for extra cheese never got that. Ordered a slice months ago while at the brewery that was garbage. Here i am again at Tonewood tried again. Never.

I guess I came on the wrong day. They didn't care about the food they served us even with me tipping. Fries were way over cooked and instead of being honest about it thethrew it in a bag and served it to me anyways. My sandwich was soggy, possibly recycled, I picked an already opened soda, and to call or go back would be pointless. I don't think they liked my kind in their store. Maybe if I ordered the food over the phone instead of in person I probably would have gotten better service, and better food. I got your message. I won't step foot in your store again. I apologize for getting hungry and wanting to try your store.

The folks there were great. I went there w/my out of town cuz and ate in and watched a good show there where we enjoyed our supper, my cuz had the chicken parm and I had the chicken Ceasar salad plus some chicken wings which were all very tasty. We were having a good convo about the show that was showing at the time and genuinely nice folks behind the counter! Thanks for the nice experience! :)
