“A cute cafe in the heart of Basking Ridge's commercial district. It is simple but charming, and coupled with the town, has a very Gilmore Girls-esque atmosphere. Limited parking right in the front of the cafe. We came on a Wednesday around 11am and it was almost empty, and as we were leaving about an hour later it was nearly full. Good service, good food, great prices. I would definitely come back if I find myself in the area.“

“Have been a customer for so many years, since they first started at English Farm in Basking Ridge. They were great then, and they remain great now. Super friendly, the pizzas are always delicious and they use local seasonal ingredients from farms around the area. Easy to follow their schedule on their Instagram page and website. Lots of local breweries and farms from Thursday through Sunday.“

“We love their food and the atmosphere is really relaxing … we used to go all the time…unfortunately they rush you to take your order and they rush to give you your check. We’ve been there many many times, but won’t go anymore because they stand around and want you to leave after you finish dinner. We like yo sit and have wine. We made a reservation for 7;30 for 8 ppl and they said “ be sure you’re all here by 7:30”. At 9:00 they gave us the check with out asking about dessert and we had a birthday we wanted dessert for. “Food was excellent and so was our server. We celebrated our 51st anniversary that night. We were seated at a special table and there was an anniversary card waiting for us. Later the manager came over to our table and gave me a red rose. That really made the night special. We will definitely go back for dinner, Thank you Capital Grille for a special night.“

“Visiting here for the first time since the pandemic. Whenever I need to go to Morristown, I always make a stop here. The first thing I noticed is how much the prices have gone up. My favorite banhi mi is now $10.35. But definitely worth it because the sandwich tasted amazing. They definitely use fresh ingredients. I ordered four different things to go to share later with my fiance. He absolutely loved all the meals I ordered. He enjoyed the spring rolls. Service was good. For the amount of food I ordered, there were made in reasonable time. The restaurant was clean. Since I was there midday on a weekday, it was empty so plenty of seating. It's not a big space. If I remember correctly, there are about six seats inside.“

“Best ice cream shop in Morristown. I am lactose intolerant but I love ice cream so much. Their vegan ice cream is better than any ice cream I have ever had. No joke. The owner was very friendly as well. He is a dog lover and really cares about his customers. My husband got waffles with ice cream. Also amazing. Nothing bad to say. Cannot wait to go back.“

“Quick stop here for ice cream, on a week night. Great variety of flavors and lots of seating. I got the strawberry buttermilk: roasted strawberries, buttermilk and house sweet strawberry honey balsamic jam...so good, love the jam running through it and not stingy with it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.“

“Coming here for years. Some food items have gone down in quality, namely the pork chop and mac and cheese. Pork chop used to be really cooked to perfection and moist, however lately it has been dried out and overcooked. Mac and cheese lost the amount of cheese it usually has on it, and noodles were undercooked the previous two times. Must have changed the cooks in kitchen, who knows.“

“I liked making my reservation online. The hostess brought us to the booth I had requested. The re-vamped large room is cozy. The lighting is a little too low though. I had to use my phone light to read the menu. Our server was challenged with the 6 tables he was serving. So, the service was not as good as usual. I had 4 of the largest shrimp in my shrimp cocktail. I thought the presentation was a bit odd though. The extra large, round bowl full of ice, seemed like a big waste of ice. The smaller loaf of bread was very tasty. The steak house salad came in a new elongated bowl, which worked well. My petite steak looked lonely on the big plate. I don't know why my friend had his large baked potato served on a small square bread plate. It was hard for him to eat. The food was good. It's too bad the prices have risen like everywhere else.“

“Had a lovely Mothers day lunch at Agricola-Morristown. We were assisted by Emmawho was so sweet and polite. Always with a smile when talking to us and had a welcoming tone of voice.Food also came in on time. We started off with corn chowder which was delicious and just what I needed - a warm starter on a chilly day. Hummus was a little dry and sour for me and the truffle fries was smaller in portion than i expected although it had goodflavor.The steak and eggs special for mothers day was good, Margarita flatbread was okay, salmon was done right and I enjoyed LoRe Campanelle Pasta - Generous portion and delicious. It had shrimp which was cooked perfectly. Lasty we enjoyed all the desserts: Bread pudding, creme brulee and that lovely smores warm brownie! not to mention indoor setup and decor was beautiful! Glad we picked this spot to celebrate“

“Kyma is the reason we drive 30 minutes for amazing authentic Greek cuisine. Our appetizer/small plate of smoked eggplant dip & lamb empanada with herb mint sauce was a wonderful start. Sea bass in tomato broth with potatoes & Aegean shrimp dish were perfectly prepared. We had to have the baklava with vanilla ice cream (no pic as we attacked it!). The ambience, service and food made for a beautiful meal!“

“Tacowala is a really great option for large events. Amish was incredibly welcoming and helpful in helping us choose how much and what to order for my guests. We fed 40+ people with the tacowala catering event, it was all correct and greatly organized. I would recommend this to anyone hosting a large party as a great option for vegetarian mexican inspired indian tacos!“

“One of the best brunch spots around. From the thick cut bacon to the fluffy pancakes there’s nothing you won’t like. Went for the first time a few weeks ago and have been back twice. I have yet to be disappointed by anything off the menu. Their Tres Leches French toast comes drizzled with Maple syrup, two scoops of whipped cream and loaded with blueberries and strawberries. A perfect sweet treat. The winner for me is the coconut guava cream pancakes. These are fluffy creamy and perfectly sweet. I can’t say enough about their pancakes plus I’m a sucker for guava. Their omelet is delicious and filling. The Hot Honey chicken & waffles will leave you stuffed. The sweet waffle and savory fried chicken is the perfect mix. And finally to discuss my favorite dish, the huevos Rancheros. This is hands down the best huevos rancheros I’ve had. Their chorizo is so packed with flavor and spice it makes the dish. This dish couldn’t be any more complete with its combination of chorizo, shrimp and cooling guacamole plus the two sunny side up runny eggs on top of two crispy tortillas. Highly recommend this place but warned there is a wait so be sure to make a reservation if you’re not a fan of waiting“

“Unique and delish. My amazing title person stopped by my office and brought there Homemade Potato Donuts called Spudnuts. The dulce de leche with sea salt was my favorite, but it’s super rich. The cinnamon sugar was a close second. You definitely can’t eat the whole donut since they are so large. They were warm and fresh when she brought them in. I have never been here but it’s definitely a fan favorite to most in Morristown. They also have breakfast sandwiches, pizza, burgers, gyro platter and a ton of other comfort foods. I haven’t stopped in, but based on the spundnuts I definitely will stop in soon!“

“Hadn't eaten here in a little while. We really enjoyed the food and drink quite a bit! I love eating small plates and getting different tastes. Our favorites were the chicken and waffles, pulled pork sliders, shrimp and chicken specialty tacos and we ordered truffle fries (off menu) that were delicious. My boys don't love vegetables but they even liked the shaved Brussel sprout salad! We will definitely be back.“

“I got a tuna Poké bowl. It was so delicious and healthy and exactly as I pictured from the description. Our waitress was very sweet and understanding of our table that had many people that have not seen each other in a while, so it’s good that she had a lot of patience!Overall, the food was delicious. The ginger toffee cake is definitely a recommendation because of sweet tones, ginger, surprises and sticky texture. I loved it.The pricing is a little bit expensive but it’s definitely worth it. I had leftovers for two days and definitely had a great time. “My wife and I have come to fresh tiki bar several times now. I have had their soft serve vanilla which is out of this world. As well as their Italian cookie which if you like Italian rainbow cookies you owe it to yourself to try at least once. The place is fairly small inside but it does have outdoor seating. The menu is a good size for an ice cream place, they don't have 5 million flavors but when the number gets that high they often get real weird. The fun flavors they do have seam limited and on a rotation, but I think this allows them to provide a higher quality product from what I've had. I'm fairly certain this is a husband and wife team and I have only dealt with the wife, but she is always very friendly and has a general chipper demeanor.This is a great place for a small date night treat or to take the kids and get a little ice cream.“

“My husband and I were hungry driving down Route 287, so we decided to detour and stop of lunch. End of Elm is close to 297 and away from the center of Morristown. Parking was super easy and convenient. The food was creative and delicious, I had the EOE Benny; it was really good. We look forward to going back.“

“So the food was okay. Not amazing as I had hoped. We drove over 30min to come here to try a new Indian place. I left not impressed. Service was mediocre at best. Not very attentive service.I had goan Salmon curry. It was ok. The vegetable biryani lacked flavor and richness. My daughter ordered the veggie korma, and asked for no dried fruit. It was served with the dried fruit. At the very least, they should have said something so that she could have ordered something else. The tandoori mix was good. Naan was good. And the papri chaat, although good, definitely not great with flavor, plus the appetizer was a really small portion.Also to note, there are NO windows inside the restaurant.Parking: There was no indication about parking however when I called to ask, at that point they told me I could park at the hotel and that they can validate the ticket.“

I traveled a lot for work and I only get one thing here which stacks up amazingly to the best tacos - carne asada on a crispy taco shell. “My falafel platter could probably be submitted for entry to MOMA (Museum of Modern Art) as the first thing I noticed was how perfectly plated my meal was with a creative drizzle of tahini across the falafel as a final touch. Nothing I would have expected at this nondescript Mediterranean Hala kitchen restaurant in a small strip mall but which now has me wanting to come back to try their other home made mediterranean dishes.Everything was delicious and made from scratch as the owner provided more details about the preparation of the various sauces and condiments that made up this dish. Interesting was a pickled eggplant which I had never had, it was quite spicy but I like exploring the flavors it added to my falafel plate. The falafels themselves were quite dark brown in color with a contrasting bright green and soft inside, the combination of crunch and fresh soft chickpeas and spices I really enjoyed.The inside of 22 Bites Halal feels new with a huge chalkboard of colorful menu items written in chalk by hand behind the counter - a refreshing change from the expected plastic sign. Seating is new, clean with a mix of several tables and one longer table up front in front of the window.There were a number of really interesting menu items I can't wait to try like the 'Fat 22', 'Fat Buffalo', 'Rocket Platter' and 'Fat Rocket' which is a fried Tilapia sandwich with fries, lettuce, tomato and tartar sauce - yum!!!There is also a family platter which you can order with chicken or falafel or a mix of both and comes with a salad, fries and some other goodies along with a large soda. It seems to be quite large and would probably feed several people but I didn't enquire as to the exact number of servingsDefinitely worth a stop for a delicious dine-in lunch or dinner, takeout or a take-home family meal.“

Will definitely make this my new Spanish go to restaurant. The Salvadorian Chicken Tamale was moist and dense, and the flavors mixed perfectly together. If you order the beef empanadas, ask them for their new homemade hot sauce. It's a perfect blend of sweet & heat to go with the pastry dough. Their plantains were a good addition of sweet to the dense of the meal. Their flan was the perfect size for a nice ending dessert to a very filling meal. Definitely a highly recommended place to get an excellent and very affordable meal.“
