“Saw some banners on the road for Spire and decided to stop in to give it a try. So glad I did. Decadent coffee drinks and desserts. And. And. And. They also sell Ob-Co donuts. Doesn’t get much better than that. Coffee was really smooth and tasty. Crumb cake was amazingly fresh. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely a calm and cool place to enjoy a coffee with friends. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area.“

“From the moment my amazing girlfriend and I walked into this quaint cafe, we fell in love with the vibes, decor, smells and more so, the people. They were so accommodating. They walked us through it all and ended up with the best breakfast. We're from Chicago and this place hit the spot! Cheers, Lava Java House ☕️“

“We had an amazing breakfast. I chose the French toast (not the stuffed one) and my husband had the chicken and waffles. Both meals were delicious with plenty of food. I took half of mine home with me. They also offer specialty coffees/teas which were also tasty. Small, but cute place. I truly hope they make it as the chef has some very unique options on the menu that you don't see anywhere around here. Give them a try, I doubt you will be disappointed!Parking: This restaurant is tucked in the corner of a strip mall next to Ken's Hardware.“

“Great spot for a breakfast / lunch and a latte! Service is always fast, efficient and friendly. Be sure to check in when you get there with the person at the front desk or by scanning the QR code next to the desk. The beansie tostada was excellent and the house roasted salsa that came with it was amazing. It was the perfect amount of food. I can also highly recommend their bowls. So far I've enjoyed the "Matty Rice" bowl with taylor ham and the "Let's bowl" with blackened chicken. The flavors are wonderful!Parking: Parking lot is usually full, but there's usually at least one open spot or someone leaving.“

“I love this place! My favorite is the cupuacu (def not spelled correctly) smoothie and açaí bowls. You can choose small, medium or large unlike other places and the prices are fair. The baked goods (scones) are amazing and baked by the owner with love. There's usually never a long wait which is great if you're stopping before work. Besides carrying fresh food/coffee the vibe and decor make you wanna hang for awhile... Definitely a favorite!“
“This is a A-Class place to stay. Well-kept rooms & furniture, comfortable mattress, all kept clean. Amenities in bathroom, etc. There is a kitchen (with room in refrigerator to store my own food also). They serve breakfast with many choices of eggs and oatmeal, plus juice, etc., in the adjacent spacious dining room And the adjacent entry-room (before going upstairs) contains a billiards table and a (well-tuned, playable) piano. (I used/enjoyed the latter). Linda and Bill both were warm and accommodating of all my quirky needs. I highly recommend it and them.“

“My family and I love this place. It always feels like home. My toddlers love the eggs, pancakes and cookies. I have recently had the French toast muffin, omelettes, pancakes… (yes we go often). Everything is delish. I get an iced coffee with oat milk and it is the ONlY place I can get coffee without needed sweeteners. The coffee is so fresh, every single time. Whether I’m running in before school drop off, in the middle of the day before meetings, or after school to grab a snack with my kids, there’s something new and delicious to try. Highly recommend !!!Kid-friendliness: I bring my children here often. Jeanette, Sam and the entire staff are nothing but welcoming.“

“First time visit. Place is very small and just for takeout. Was happy to be served a Nicaraguan coffee from Think Coffee Roasters which was very good. It was served pour over style which is by far the best way to get your coffee. Girl was extremely nice and will be back to try one of the many other single origin choices. Great prices also“

“I came into Pops corner because I work from home and was looking for a new spot to get out of my house and have a nice working lunch. As soon as I walked in I loved the atmosphere, it was super clean, bright, coastal, and inviting. The food was absolutely delicious and service was on it as soon as I sat down. I started with the chicken noodle soup and the stock was super good and the noodles weren't too much - loved the broth. I also really love the pico de gallo and queso fresco on the avocado toast- the eggs were perfectly cooked over easy and the yolk melted into the yummy sourdough. I finished off with a chai latte to go. I'll definitely be back! Thank you for an awesome experience.“

“A plant oasis that happens to also be a coffee shop. This place is filled with plants from every nook and cranny it has to offer. Along with all the plants they sell a bunch of other little items local places/people have made. I ordered the coco matcha and it was splendidly piping hot. It felt so warming as I drank it on this cold day. This place has pastries and toast items available to eat. I would say don't plan on trying to work or eat here. There is only one table in the front of the room and then a bench along the one wall.“

“A great small coffee spot in Ocean Grove! Friendly staff and owner, great coffee, and a decent selection of teas. They display local art and have a couch and tables for seating. They offer good food that rotates with the season (quiche is my favorite). They also offer FREE bananas if you buy something! FREE BANANAS! That is awesome!“

“Very good breakfast. Hit the spot. Went around 10:30 place was full but was able to get a seat pretty quickly. I had a belly buster omelet and my mother had eggs over easy with a ham steak. We both had coffee. Hers was nice mine was hot. Our bill was roughly 10 dollars cheaper than most of the breakfast places we go to, only catch is CASH ONLY - but super worth it.“
“Great little coffee shop on Main Street in Bradley Beach. It can be easy to miss between the hustle and bustle of the brewery and breakfast restaurant next-door but keep an eye out for Paired. I stopped in on a Saturday morning just for some coffee and the folks behind the counter were pretty busy, but the service was fast and very friendly. I am more of a classic ice coffee person and they serve cold brew but that wasn't enough for me to knock off a star. A little on the pricier side but it is understandable because I ordered a cold brew and the location. So make your way to Bradley Beach and grab some coffee and snacks from this great new place.“

“This place was so cute! Stopped in for a little brunch. The atmosphere was inviting, the people were very friendly, and the smells of the food were pleasant. I ordered an Avocado BLT with a Caramel Macchiato. The walls are decorated with imported coffees, collected license plates from Aruba, and beautifully simple pieces of art. There is also a nice little bakery counter that showcases some freshly made goods. There are also tables and WiFi available if you need to work while visiting. Everything was tasty and I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area. Enjoy the yums!!Vegetarian options: Options availableDietary restrictions: There are plenty of allergy and lifestyle friendly food choices (breads, spreads, milks, fruits)Parking: Small lot that shares with other businesses.Kid-friendliness: As long as children are welcome in and there are food options to please them, it’s kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Most seating can be accessible for wheelchairs, as well as the outside area.“

“I’ve been coming to LUK for over a year now and I wish I knew about them sooner. Every single meal my family and I have ordered is 100% clean, fresh and ACTUALLY tastes amazing. Coming from someone who used to eat McDonalds everyday and only enjoyed fries foods…LUK is one of the main reasons I was so successful in my lifestyle change and developing healthier habits.Just the other day my step daughter was complaining about a sore throat and one of the owners went out of her way to make a specialty drink just for her and she loved it! I go out to eat here 2-4 times per week and I would go every single day if I could! The staff is so sweet and kind! They even remember exactly how we all love our food.10/10 recommend!Dietary restrictions: They offer so many gluten free and vegan options that taste amazing!“

“I've lived in Point Pleasant my whole life and nowhere else has ever been as good to me as Klotz's. Every single meal here-- breakfast or lunch, has been so good. Nowhere else has the local lunch counter feel like Klotz's does. And in case you've heard about their famous Myth, yes, it is THAT good. I also adore the patty melt. It's cash only and that's fine by me for how wonderful eating there is!“

“Very nice place, and worth a visit if you are in the area of Spring Lake! I enjoyed a large, hot and flavorful cup of Assam black tea. However, they have lots of coffee, sweet chai lattes, matcha, hazelnut, vanilla and other flavors of syrup for... so many good drinks to choose from in three varieties: hot, iced and frozen. Go there. There's good parking in front especially before 9am. It's friendly and people seem to bring their dogs which is fun to see. Also, lots of baby carriages and strollers with moms boosting up their caffeine to help get them through the day. Good decor reflecting the ocean with shells and driftwood, and some products for sale such as candles and napkins printed with cute sayings. Overall, it made me happy to go there. I'd love to go again!Parking: There is easy, 3-hour, free, street parking right in front of the coffee shop. It begins at 9am. You can park conveniently with no worries, especially if you are an early bird like I am. ?“

“Small town gem! Called to order a lemon meringue pie for dad's birthday, we didn't see on the regular menu but Jay was happy to make it for us. When we picked it up you could tell the pie was just "scratch made," it looked rustic and refined. The flavors were so fresh and vibrant our guests were blown away. Thanks to Sunburst we are now a "Pie on your Birthday" family. Peruvian chicken empanadas were awesome too, crust is so flakey and nice authentic touch with the raisins. Can't wait to try more stuff!“

Perfectly cooked and tasty. Every bite had flavor. If you are in the area, it is a must try.Counter Staff: The front desk was clean, but I was distracted by the amount of non-business conversations going on with the employees. I will still state that they were polite, friendly, and courteous. The food was even delivered right to my table unexpectedly and it was quick, polite, and friendly.Menu: I attached the current menu they had on had the day of my visit. It appears they covered the usual breakfast amenities. Menu was easy, clean to read.Overall Experience: The bagel shop was not overcrowded, and still had a decent amount of people in it. The staff was polite, and the food was good. Definitely will be going back but not as much as I would like due to the cost. I would say try it. Enjoy pictures of the food I ordered. Thank you Silver Bay Bagels, and before you say that your prices are in-line with competitors in your area, I already checked. They are a little bit higher.“

“I'm finally back to write a review and Google is acting up. The service is wonderful and friendly. We had a little wait that gave us time to shop at HomeGoods and a homemade laundry detergent store. The variety of French toast is amazing.... you can also get the same toppings on pancake's .I highly recommend any of the coffee drinks. My daughter and I shared the loaded potato's with cheesy yumminess! They came cold at first, for some reason I think the kitchen is far from the dinning area. They have a little coffee bar area that's adorable if you're just catching up with a friend for a quick drink (non alcohol) I would definitely recommend this place. We really had a good breakfast -dessert and I had a chance to spend time with my kids while on break.“

“Love Rook coffee in Wall and have been there when in the area. Just wanted to share, that at my last visit our order was like drinking milk and water, and at the cost of two coffees, it is unacceptable. I thought of going back and asking for replacements, but our server was so sweet and I felt uncomfortable. In hindsight, I made a mistake in not doing that. I will definitely go back because I love the coffee!! Just an off day.“

“This shop and others like it (they have a few Rooks, right?) seem to offer really tasty smooth coffee. Unfortunately I'm just a visitor as I no longer in NJ however if you are near their locations and you want coffee I think many would agree its great spot. I've only been to Rook maybe 2 - 4 times but every time the service is good and coffee is excellent. I want to say I had Sumatra Roast.“
“Passed by as we were driving to Asbury Park and had to stop and try them. I follow them on IG and love to see all their posts of their delicious looking donuts. Walked in and on the right of the store they have a display of all the current donuts. They have so many different varieties! Most of them I believe are cake donuts, but their eclair type donuts are yeast donuts. I like both types, I don't discriminate any type of donut. The variety was overwhelming....do I get a seasonal pumpkin cheesecake, or a classic chocolate frosted with sprinkles??? It took us a good while to decide on the one. We ended up getting a chocolate frosted eclair donut. OMG....it was a solid choice. It was big, enough for us to split. It was warm and just so good. They split their filled donuts in half instead of injecting them with cream. There was a good amount of cream to donut ratio. The donut was so fresh. I definitely want to try other types, but since it was not a planned stop and we were going to be eating in a little bit. Looking forward to going back and trying some other varieties.“

“While vacationing in Point Pleasant, we chose the Beanery to meet up with a friend. We weren't disappointed. The atmosphere is "coffee-house casual" - very comfortable. “I came here with a group of co-workers for my boss's birthday, I knew very little about the restaurant, but my one co-worker said you'd been looking to try this place for a long time and we all agreed on trying a new place. There was a group of iOS and we were able to get a high top table and pull an extra seat over. We ordered at the counter and the guy was super nice and even upgraded my iced tea for me which is very nice of him. He made some recommendations on food and we had all ordered our toasts for lunch. As far as lunch goes, I would say that this was a decent option. I felt like I was full, but not stuffed. If you are a large eater I would consider getting a side. Otherwise a toast might be perfect for you. The prices for this place were also fairly reasonable and I would come here again if the opportunity presented itself.“
“Talk about a hole in the wall! Morning after a wedding what else do you want but a greasy breakfast sandwich in your belly, right? Walking around, we saw a sign "Wall Street Cafe 16 steps down the alley" and, what do you know? There was a little door with a tiny sign and only a few indications we found what we were looking for. This one room cafe, that you really don't even walk into, was quite the find. A woman was there when we opened the door, asked what we'd like and proceeded to whip up two delicious bacon egg and cheeses. 15 minutes and $15 later, we had our sandwiches. They were a little pricier than I would have guessed but it was honestly one of the best BEC I've had in awhile. Lots of cheese and a perfectly cooked egg to make the entire sandwich nice a gooey. Trying to find the cafe? Well, just look for the sign on the street. And then look for the door with a table outside filled with odds and ends for sale. Make sure you have cash and you are okay with taking these sandwiches to the beach or on a walk since there is just one table. Sometimes the tiny little spots turn out to be the best gems. Worth trying if you want a classic breakfast sandwich on the go.“

“Great bagels and the best coffee I've had in a long time(strong) . There is no indoor seating, but there is some outdoor seating. “Best coffee in Spring Lake. My niece and I are locals, not tourists and we had the displeasure of waiting in a really long line at a different coffee shop in Spring Lake when we questioned why we were waiting...we walked down the street and there was no line (I hope they end up getting a line, we would wait). “This place is charming and delicious. It's a little expensive but ALL of the ingredients are very fresh. I'd rather pay the money for good healthy food. Ashley was the one who suggested avocado toady with fresh organic tomatoes and an egg. She also gave me some arugula. I ordered the green drink. "This will make you feel good,"she said. She was 100% correct. All of the other breakfast places around are those unhealthy bagel places. This was a wonderful find.“
